Dunkin' — Restaurant in Ashburn

I visited three Dunkin's yesterday. I had a coupon that was going to expire. I intended to buy whole bean coffee as I have done for years. None of these locations in my neighborhood had whole beans, only ground coffee packages. In all three locations, I tried to find out if they no longer carried beans. Not one of the employees I spoke with understood my question. The best response I got was being pointed to the display stand with the bags of coffee. They all just stared at me as if I spoke a different language. When I got home I called Dunkin to see where I could buy the beans, if they still sold beans, and if I could get a replacement coupon. Her responses were, "the beans are not required stocking items, it's up to the owner, and no, she would not replace the expiring coupon even if I was willing to pay for shipping online. i've been to this location twice now, good luck trying to figure out the maze of its drive thru setup, if you go the logical way, you'll have to reverse out and find the way you're supposed to go through.

both times I visited they didn't have apple fritters.

the last time i visited, they burned my food to the point of black crusts, the cheese was so cooked that it flaked off, it wasn't cheese anymore.

i tried this place for a 3rd time-- after being rushed through the drive thru as I try to discern the menu because the bright sun is in my eyes, i open my bag only to realize the peasants working there didn't give me a single napkin. the guy at the drive thru window didn't put the brown plug on my coffee right and there's now spilled coffee all over my car and now way to clean it up. don't visit unless you want to ruin...

I ordered a large hot caramel latte. It was neither hot nor caramel, and I have my doubts that it was even latte. It was this watery, hint of coffee substance that was room temperature. I went around the drive-thru to replace it. A very young and inexperienced child took my cup, disappeared for 5 minutes, as if to replace it, then handed it back to me in the same temperature. It was not any warmer than when I handed it to her the first time. Are we that young that we still play pretend with our imaginary friends? Dude! The first thing I look forward to in the morning is a good cup of coffee, but just leave it to Dunkin to ruin it for me and have a horrible start of the day.
