All I ordered was a coffee and fries. I gave her money and she closed the window. She came back and said they had to drop fresh fries and I would have to wait, cool! I told her i still needed my change and a receipt. You would have thought I asked for a national security clearance. After they got done dumping trash cans, throwing papers, etc, it looked like they were serving a financial crime search warrant up in there. She came back to the window and gave me my coffee. When I didn't leave, she asked me what I was waiting on, I said my food and my change. She completely forgot why I was there in about a 1.5 min time frame, then the manager came to the window and brought my receipt and also asked why I was still sitting there, still waiting on my fries. Then a different girl wanted to know what I was waiting on before the first girl somehow found my change and brought it to me. (She had to get my change from her manager). After explaining about 4 times that I was there in the drive through waiting for food, they finally brought me my fries about 10 mins later. The food was hot and great but the sorry service from everyone in that place, completely killed any chance for a good review they were going to get. McDonald's is always consistent!...
Read moreToday I had the best customer service at drive through. Never before have I had such great service here. Last night I was there and O M G!!! I could not believe how this person took my order. She interrupted me as I was placing my order by cutting me off and then saying what else? I didn't want Karen to show up so I am assuming she's new or she's just having a bad day. However today, this sweet young girl was so friendly, so polite and so professional 💕💕💕 I had to let the people at the window know that I appreciated her service. Customer service is a HUGE DEAL. If you do not know how to treat people kindly and give good service YOU DO NOT NEED TO WORK THAT POSITION! Managers need to know who is good at what and make sure the person who is communicating with customers can represent the business in a good light. I wished I could have known the young ladies name that took my order today. I'd give her a shot out for sure! Do not eat here in the evening. You will be in line for ever... Go to Burger King. That is what I had to do 2 other times. I'm very pleased with today's visit and I hope that I can get the same experience the next...

One manager repeatedly told me they did not use mobile pay because he couldn't get it to work although I had used it just the day before, which I showed him the receipt in my app, and it was advertised ON the window!!! He still continued to argue with me after showing him proof I have used it multiple times THERE!
My recent visit is the reason for this review. The girl taking the order could not comprehend a simple order of 2 double cheeseburgers, one without ketchup. It took 5 mins at the drive thru to order, another 5 mins at her window to get her to understand the simple order, and then we got 2 double cheeseburgers with extra ketchup and a sweet tea instead of unsweetened. The guy that gave us our food was just a clueless as to what he did wrong concerning the order even after I told him he got the drink wrong. They were NOT busy!
