They really need to work on their customer service. I was raised that people make mistakes but it’s how you handle that mistake that matters and tonight this Dominos totally dropped the ball. Called first to someone quickly answering saying hold for two seconds and music playing before I could even get out an ok. I then proceeded to be on hold for ten minutes where at that point I assumed they forgot about me so I called back. I was greeted with the same initial response and then was on hold for about 3 minutes where I explained that I was mistakenly served a thin crust pizza which was not what I ordered based on the receipt. I was told I could drive all the way back and they would remake it but this is already after driving all the way back home and spending 20 minutes trying to reach them. I asked for my money back and was told he doesn’t have the power and then Silence. I asked if he could get the person who is able to and he said he’d call the gm. 5 minutes later someone else, not the gm, picks up the phone and says they only do refunds if you drive all the way back with the whole pizza even though you were served the complete total wrong thing in the first place. Told them they could send someone to get it I’m not eating it: Sucks I’ll just have to dispute the charge, where because I was served the wrong thing Amex will side with me and it will end up costing you more then just refunding it in the first place and I’ll never shop...

Then when I did reach someone they were absolutely truly a-holes about my order. So I'm trying to get a hold of the corporate to play the recordings of our phone conversations where they were absolutely truly a-holes. I order so much from them and tonight they wanted to be such jerks a-holes about my order when all I wanted was a resolution to the problem, but if you want to hear the recordings I will happily play them for you because there was no resolution they made out like I was some form of an idiot and I wasn't in any form worthy of the delivery that I received. Reach out if you want to hear them I will absolutely pay them for you. And I am so truly trying to get through to the corporate office to play them the same as well 11 different Hang-Ups. Read moreHad a pretty unpleasant and mildly scary experience tonight with the delivery driver. He called me trying to find my place shortly before delivery. He was on the wrong street. I kept trying to tell him he wasn't at the right place but he kept interrupting me to tell me to come outside and get my food. When he finally let me speak, he got mad at me and yelled at me that I didn't have the right address in...but I did. He was extremely rude and mean spirited. Finally he found my place. He knocked on the door a little unnecessarily loud. I didnt come out because he was sort of freaking me out. So he tossed the pizza boxes on the mat then left. An angry man delivering something to my place at midnight as a woman was not fun. I understand there are staffing issues and the driver was overworked tonight as a result. He probably had a pretty rough night trying to do all the deliveries himself and likely got yellrd at by impatient customers (my order took over 2 hrs to be delivered so I can only imagine) so I feel for him in that regard. But please don't take it out on someone else who was trying to help you find the place and was not giving you a hard time about it. I dont want anyone to lose their job and their income, but this driver really needs to be addressed.
