Dunkin' — Restaurant in Asheville

I've been a dunkin fan for decades. I will never go back to this store. The 3 girls who where there were extremely rude,one went as far as to tell me to how speak. I asked for the medium roast explorer's with cream and sugar and I guess all she heard was medium roast. On the dri v-thru screen it said original roast and I explained that I was wanting the.medium, she said that is the medium, when I'm looking at the menu and it says medium is explorers. Well she told me I need to say explorers then because what I said was confusing. I let it go and said thank you and pulled around payed and started to leave, took a sip and there was no sugar si I went back in and asked where the sugar was because there wasn't any in the coffee, well they stared at me like I was an inconvenience and then with an attitude asked how many I wanted I said thank you and she just walked off. This seems to be an issue with this evening crew as another person mentioned a similar experience....

I come in here many times and have placed a five star review before but I decided to delete it because I came in one afternoon like always and saw a baby stroller get carried into the back by a large darker man with glasses. I saw the baby go into the back and I asked one of the workers who’s baby that was and they told me it was there higher managers baby and he always brings it back and takes care of it. I WAS DISGUISTED I understand that you need to take care of your child but this is a place that services good and drinks and babies carry many illnesses and are unsanitary as well who knows if they are changing the baby back there or not. When I found out the baby comes here often I was appalled and left and will not return that is unsanitary and I will call the health inspector and will tell my company as well as my friends and family not to come here again. As somone who lives local and shops at this particular store often ie: 3-4 times a week. Never in my life either have I been spoken to this way either I remind you! Mobile ordered. At the window I forgot and also asked for an “ all chocolate donut” she returned with a glazed. I apologized and said I’m sorry I’ll take and pay for this but could I please have the one that is completely chocolate, with a dumb look on my face not knowing the “technical” term. She: short haired younger newer mostly early mornings window girl replied “cake donut” YOU WANT A CHOCOLATE CAKE DONUT! 😳. Umm wow yea. I’m sorry! Yes my 3 year old in the back seat just asked for a chocolate donut last minute so sorry! Then returned and explained! Next time if I did the whole order on the app it makes it faster. NEVER IN 42 years in Asheville have I ever been spoken to this way!!! Over a 3 year olds excited request....
