Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ashland

I remember when a pizza hut pizza wasn't hit or miss. Nowadays, it's mostly miss. We stopped ordering it probably 6 months to a year ago due to the same issues we experienced today. We got dried out cheese sticks that seemed like they'd been days old and reheated, and we called it quits. We thought maybe it was a staffing issue, since a few of our orders were practically inedible - maybe kids who didn't like their job. We gave it some time and tried again.

We ordered 2 pizzas, one of which was extra sauce. Both were dried out, so clearly no extra sauce. They looked to be maybe old pizzas; definitely didn't taste fresh. They were so disgusting that my boyfriend threw his pizza aside and went into the kitchen and made a can of chicken and dumplings to eat instead. He said never again, and I'm going to have to agree. service has gotten much worse over the last year. clearly incompetent management and employees. after reading several other comments, it's obvious anyone else with a pulse and and any observation has encountered the same. called one evening to order a pizza while the restaurant was basically dead. I know this because I was actually about to walk in to order for carryout, but got a text that I needed to help someone for a minute, therefore I left and made a call. they didn't answer and the call was intercept by a call center in another state by a woman that didn't speak English as her native language. when asked if I could speak to someone in the Ashland location, I was put on hold for 4 minutes then someone picked up the phone and hung up it on me. impressive... first off let me say the website is horrible to try to order on. will usually try to charge you $18 for a stuffed crust. so you have to use the app. you can even lose your points on the website ona ccident and they get stuck unless you go to the app

now to the food. ive been going here for maybe 3 yrs now because sometimes everyone else is closed, the bottom of the crust is like hard cardboard. i dont understand why. not long ago they had a new blonde girl working and the pizza actually did a 360 and was absolutely perfect. i noticed when shes not working the pizza is back to dried up cardboard again. it literally feels like the pizza may have been left out for 4 days and then you get it. i dont understand if i order a pizza and im there within 20 minutes how is it so cold and stale so fast. the workers seem friendly enough. but oof the pizza is like...
