Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ashland

went in one hour before close to get a pizza. had the rude young kid working counter give me change for a 10$ and then quickly noticed I was short changed by $1. the "manager" named Karl came out and just stood there and was of no help. my friend just said forget it and pressed me into just leaving. that was wonderful but my only income is disability and I'm near death so every dollar does matter. called the store back later to talk to Karl and he said that his employee says he didn't do it so there's nothing he can or will do and he cannot look at the cameras, which I demand he do. after escalated and not contacted back by anyone , another employee days later, another "manager" spills the beans that the camera doesn't work and hasn't for weeks.. hmm. so basically this kid has been steadily stealing money an getting away with it and they probably won't fire him or even try to make amends with myself. if u get short changed you can't do anything about it. call the police. won't make a difference. they would consider it a civil matter. even if I didn't get ripped off the pizza was and always is trash. for 2$ more you can get a pizza made to order at other large chain location in town...to put a cherry on it, they have a company that gets negative reviews removed from the internet, so it's all much much worse than what is on here an...

We live in Mansfield Ohio and that little Caesars is a joke and should be closed the reason why we started going to the one in Ashland. We got a pizza a little while back and even though it was over 18.00 it was the best pizza we ever had . The team members are also friendly and amazing It was stacked and cooked perfect. We went back today and ordered the same one but with much different results. The employees were still very friendly but the pizza was not very good at all. First they had no old world pepperoni which totally made a big difference. Second the crust was not done enough ...in fairness the guy offered to run it through again but felt it was ok ..should have had him do it because the crust was soggy and way under done. You could not even pick it up I also don't think I got the right or same amt of cheese. If I based my opinion on this pizza 🍕 I wouldn't have come back...

It was that bad...... I guess it was because of the different pepperoni 😞 and the undercook plus a different person making it. My pocketbook was sad 😢😭 that I paid that much for a pizza I couldn't eat My 🐕🐶 liked it though The staff are great and I guess I can't expect pizza 🍕...

This place is horrible rude workers and disrespectful its dirty and the workers touch the food after it comes out to be served they got mad because i asked for cheese sauce for the pretzel pizza which every other little caesars sell it the sauce that comes on the pretzel pizza and decided that because my kids wanted the cheese sauce that o they cant do it anymore which they have done it for me in the past but then began to argue that they cant do refunds because i didnt want the pizza so i said i will just do a regular 5 dollar pizza half chees half pepperoni thought it was funny to give me the same box which doesnt matter to me but what does matter is whatever you did to the pizza because now my daughter is in the hospital because of it i hope this place either loses ownership and gets new employees or shuts down for good lawyer will be contacted first...
