I am not 1 to make reviews but i can't help but be annoyed by the service i received today. I asked for a chai latte with a shot of espresso and had a sip on my way home and realized it was just a regular latte. I am not a big fan of coffee so I know it is a regular latte, and even the label on the cup literally says "hot latte" not "hot chai latte". I'm not one to complain so i hated coming back, but I did and told them that it was a regular latte, being polite, to which they said "no, it probably only tastes that way to you because of the shot of espresso", which i have had this exact drink before, and no, it wouldn't taste like this. She offers to put some "extra" pumps of chai which I agree to, and I left feeling gaslit because after 2 more sips, it is literally just a coffee. She was polite so I believed her when she assured me it should be a chai latte, but I googled later what a dunkin chai latte would look like, and the label FOR SURE would say "hot chai latte", so I am annoyed that she even doubted me. The only reason I'm extra annoyed to the point of making this review is that just last week I placed an online order for a chai latte, and also got a regular latte that time too?? I know what regular coffee tastes like because I don't like it! I'm mad I was doubted and then doubted myself. A friend who worked at starbucks offered "she should have just remade the drink and not even argued with you, that is what they taught us at starbucks", and I agree because all that mattered was it didnt taste right to me. Those extra 3 pumps of chai made no difference because it was a REGULAR latte. I added the pic I googled up and a pic of my own cup just to add proof. I dont even know why she wouldn't have believed me, when I even pointed out "well the cup only says hot latte, not hot chai latte". I have been going to Dunkin for many years but have recently moved to Athens within the past year. This is by far the worst food and service that I have ever received. My order is a simple Caramel iced coffee with milk but every time it is different and usually gross. Most of the time they are slammed and I just suck it up but after my last experience with them I will not be returning. I order pickup through the app and when I arrived I saw a cup with coffee that looked like almost black iced coffee. When I realized it was mine I grabbed it and took a sip. It was terrible. I stood at the counter while every worker avoided eye contact with me. I finally managed to get one girls attention and I said “ I’m so sorry, and I know that you’re super busy but could you add a pump or two of caramel to this. It just tastes like black coffee.” The girl said nothing and scoffed at me. I then handed her my drink and thanked her. She then took it to the girl behind her near the syrups and said “she said that this tastes like black coffee” and the other girl scoffed and mumbled something under her breathe that I’m sure wasn’t kind. The girl then came back and sat the drink on the counter. I thanked her again and apologized and she gave me stank face and walked away, also ignoring the lady next to me trying to get her attention. I will now be driving to Highway 29 Dunkin. Every time I come the staff has made me feel like I’m terrible for trying to the food that I ordered, even if it’s just trying to get their attention so they can hand it to me because they have made it to where you have to talk to someone for them to hand it to you. I worked in fast food for 3 years so I know how to treat those who work in customer service, but respectfully, if you hate your job so much that you just make everyone you come in contact with...

I don’t normally have issues here, but this time was definitely not great. I placed a mobile order for 3 drinks, and 2 food items. We got our drinks, but we had to ask for our food. The lady told us to pull forward and said she would bring out the items. We waited for about 10 minutes, and 7 people ordered and go their food before us. We also noticed that one of our drinks was wrong. So I decided to go inside, because at this point it was clear that they forgot about us.

So once I get inside, it takes about 10 minutes for anyone to notice that I was standing at the counter, meanwhile one of the associates was standing there talking to a group of his friends. Finally a lady comes over and I told her about my drink the food I was still missing. She took the drink, but didn’t really listen to the second half. So when she came back with my drink, I asked about the food, and she walked away to talk to one of her coworkers. She came back and apologized for the wait, then started to walk away so I had to stop her and ask her how much longer. She looked at me and said she didn’t know and asked me to sit down and wait. So I just told her that I was just going to go back to my car and wait.

Eventually another associate came out and brought our food. She was extremely nice and I feel bad for her. She was seemingly the only person in there actually working. I’m not mad and I’m definitely gonna go back, but this was a...
