I came into UPS to print on a Saturday. This was not my first time at this location. Never had any issues with the staff until then. It was just two staff this time. One was very nice the whole time. Now I was also nice.paid for what I was expected to get until it was time to print. One of the staff members could not get my stuff to print. 2 designs on one sheet it being a two 4x6 25sheets on cadstock. They have an old system and only 1 computer that the staff has to use. That is fine but if your system is the issue and doesn't print after me being there for an hour and almost 30mins. Why on earth would you tell me I have to pay more to have 1 4x6 design on 1 sheet of paper. That is a system issue not pertaining to the customer. I told the staff member to call their manager as I have had this issue happen before and the staff without the manager fixed the issue. This time the staff member was very reluctant of me having to pay double of what I had already paid for. Once they called the manager in the back. They didn't verbal speak to me anymore as I guess they were upset. I politely said thank you anyway because I am a small business owner and love to come to this location. They didn't address my thank you nor said thank you but replied with silence. I was very upset as I had already been here for an hour in a half. I plan on coming here again as I said this is not my first time coming here but was very upset. Thank you to whoever the staff member called. As I was happy to get what I paid for. After the long wait. Please teach your staff how to use the color printer if the system doesn't allow it to print. Read moreI dropped off a package last Thursday to overnight ship to my sister who is in college. I was quoted several prices in store: next day air for Friday delivery, 2 day for Saturday delivery, etc. I opted to pay $90 to ship the package with next day air so it would arrive Friday. Needless to say, the package did not arrive Friday. On Saturday morning, the tracking displayed a message “there is no estimated delivery date for your package.” I spent over an hour on the phone with UPS customer service, and I had to escalate the call to a supervisor to get any answers. The supervisor explained that I would have to contact this UPS store directly in order to launch an investigation into what happened to my package. I called this store on Saturday and was told that there wasn’t a manager available who could help me and I would receive a call on Monday. I waited until mid day on Monday and still had not heard anything, and this time when I called, the manager was on lunch and I was told she would call when she returned. I never received a call. On Tuesday, the tracking started updating and the package arrived! But still no word from this UPS store. I called a third time, finally spoke to the manager and was told I would receive a refund for the next day shipping within 2 weeks. I hope that my experience here is an outlier, but the lack of communication from this store is unacceptable in my opinion. No one ever contacted me to apologize for the delays or offer a refund— I had to just keep calling back until the manager would speak to me. Read moreI called to ask if I could just bring in something that needed a binding to ensure that I could just drop and go since I had 2 small babies in the car. She was very nice, provided the info I needed and also said I could call from outside and they'd come and get it. I was impressed and happy. I call from outside 5 times. Nobody answers. With the babies in the car I decide to wait in line while keep checking on them every two minutes. The guy tells me it won't be ready until next morning so I pay and leave. Next afternoon I call to make sure it's ready so I could just pick it up. Again I call 5 times and nobody answers. I'm in a rush but decide to pass by really quick. I have to wait in line again just for an already paid pick up. Three employers are working and all taking their time while there are 5 people in line. Finally it's my turn. A different guy from the day before starts looking for my product barely looking at my receipt. It shows me another binding that wasn't mine. He starts looking for it everywhere. Has no idea what it is or where and starts asking me how it looks like. After 10 mins it comes out it's ready yet and says they are about to do it. I leave totally furious because I can't wait any longer! So now I'll have to do a 3rd trip to pick it up and I promise, if they make me wait in line again I'm going to leave another poisonous review!
