Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Athens-Clarke County Unified Government

DO NOT EAT OR WORK HERE !!!! this marco’s has been open for almost a month now and i was hired as a delivery driver, and the first 2 weeks everything was great. everybody else was new, my boss was friendly and welcoming, the food was good, etc.. but here within the past 2 weeks everything has completely changed. cockroaches, gross looking food, hiring way too many employees, and overall not a very good environment to work/ be in. today was my last straw, as an 18 year old employee i expect to be treated fair and respectfully just like everybody else but thats definitely not the case. as soon as i clocked in this morning at 11:30 we had a delivery immediatly, and when i arrived they requested to change their payment method from cash to card. i told them i was unable to do so and would have to call my boss. i called 5 times, i repeat, 5 times!!! no answer.. i called the store, was put on hold for over 5 mins and gave up. told the customer i apologize and left… when i got back to the store after delivering 2 more orders my boss was angry and completely went off on me. she said that everything is my fault & that shes no obligated to answer my phone calls when shes busy.. i was then told to go home. i will not be returning, the owner of this place is a cheap p.o.s who cares nothing about their...

My first time ever ordering from this store and they got one of the pizzas wrong (added cheese). When I called back, they said I had to bring the pizza back in for a refund, which I couldn’t do since it was 20 minutes until close. I accepted the credit they offered instead, but they neglected to tell me it was only for $10 when the pizza itself cost over $20. I found this out when I called back the next day to order the exact same pizza. When I asked if I could bring the one with cheese back since it was still in my fridge, they said it wasn’t an option and that I should’ve brought it back the night before.

Needless to say, this was a terrible experience for a first-time customer. The staff also hang up incredibly quickly, which I found to be quite rude as well. I’ll definitely never be ordering from this store again, and I’ll be getting my money back through my...

You can’t make this stuff up. We ordered online and when I arrived for pick up the clerk told me they didn’t have an order in my name or my fiancé’s name. I called my fiancé. She confirmed the order online at the right address and then called the store to confirm that our order was actually there and they confirmed it. I went back inside and asked the same clerk. Are you sure there’s not an order for Robin and she again says no I don’t with an attitude. So I had to yell back to the kitchen have any of y’all taken taking an order from a girl named Robin trying to confirm that we did place an order and immediately one of the guy speaks up. Yes I just confirm that on the phone and she still trying to to tell me that we didn’t have an order.
