Taco Bell — Restaurant in Athens

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. The customer service here is nonexistent. The girls who “work” the front counter just walk around looking lost while the people making the food barely can do their job correctly. Elijah & Brandon were on the make-line November 27th. I WAS a regular dasher here until tonight. The boys were notified of me being present waiting for the said doordash order, but for 50+ mins they made every single order that came in after me before even touching my order. I arrived at the store at 5:59, & finally left at 6:55. There were other dashers inside, one lady had a 12 taco party pack, with 4 beefy 5 layer burritos who came in after me. Her order was made BEFORE MINE WAS. Then she didnt even get her full order after waiting for 30+ minutes. She even asked to make sure everything was included, they said yes but she double checked. That was an issue since she opened the box. But if she hadn’t then she would’ve been in trouble with her customer. Too much happened in this store tonight, everything but people’s ACTUAL orders being made, & in a timely manner. Ive been to this location too many times to pick up orders where this has happened. New employees or better ones at that need to be put in place. This is getting really ridiculous, and very very out of hand. Most of the employees are either rude, dont pay any mind to you, or just simply dont know whats going on or...

I would usually have no complaints about this place because it's my favorite..but last night was the worse experience I've had at any drive thru. The young girl at the window was super rude..we realized she had our order wrong she told us the total was 10 more dollars then what it was supposed to b so when she opened the window and started telling us the order we were telling her it was wrong and she said "I was talking on the headset" and had shut the window..and when she had opened it back up and told us the total with her head out the window looking right at us we proceeded to tell her it was wrong and all she could say was "I'm talking in my headset" IN A VERY RUDE WAY..and wanted to get mad when she finally heard us out. So as much as I love it I will not be going back to this certain...

Worst Taco Bell I e ever been to,I get charged extra three times in a row,and then you still can't seem to give me what I ordered,maybe instead of flirting and trying to hook up with one another you try to take a little bit of pride in your job and give me what I ordered,there are too many kids working at this establishment that have no respect or good work ethics,I would be embarrassed to run such an establishment. I for one will never return to this Taco Bell as my cat could give better service than what you are giving... Take pride in your job no matter how much you dislike it or quit as you are stealing money from peoplethat truly need it and you choose to rip us off like that.YOU ARE TRULY AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THE WORK FORCE AND SHOULD BE FIRED IF YOU CANT DO ANY BETTER THAN WHAT...
