Be warned!!!! Don’t upgrade anything as they are scamming customers. I ordered a 10pcs wing combo with onion rings instead of fries for an UPCHARGE. These folks seriously only gave me 4 onion rings and when I mentioned it to the cashier she had to CALL SOMEONE ELSE ON THE PHONE WHO SAID THAT IT WAS THE CORRECT PORTION. I asked for fries instead and was told no they don’t do exchanges or refunds. I don’t blame the cashier as she was super nice. But management is playing in people face. There are far too many other wing spots where you get a better value for the money. We paid $37 for a 10pcs combo and a 8pcs combo. $37!!!! This place is scamming our community. They have the nerve to charge for the upgrade and then not give a full portion? Nope. I will not return nor recommend to others. Let’s hope they are out of business soon.

Update: the owner clearly is blaming the CASHIER who was nothing but nice and pleasant. She didn’t cook the food and did everything in HER power to rectify the matter. The blame for portions rest solely on the cook and management who thought 3 additional onion rings were the solution. The tone of their reply tells you all you need to know about this business owner. I ordered late night and the food was nasty. I upgraded my fries to cheese fries and they literally put a blob of nacho cheese sauce on the fries… it was way over done like😂 also the Philly definitely had more vegetables than steak and the cheese was like melted the way the cheese on a lukewarm cheeseburger melts so barely lol and for the food to have “just gotten” done because I went in right after I received the text. Whole meal underwhelming and definitely not worth the $16. Chase kept declining my card for some odd reason using their system last night I should’ve taken it as a sign and just left‼️The lemonade was honestly the best part of the meal. The food is absolutely amazing but i must be honest. I just moved to this area and I work in the customer service industry and hate to say the service is TRASH with a capital T. The guy that works is amazing I think he’s the owner. I told him I was coming to try it because I’m new in the area and he went above and beyond to make sure I returned again. I even dropped my drink outside due to carrying too much and he politely made me another lemonade. It’s unfortunate the young lady that works there has the dryest attitude and personality ever. You can tell when you call in, she hates her job. You can tell when you go in, she hates her job. I’m sure everyone that’s comes here enjoys the food as much as I do.
