Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Atlanta

I highly recommend! Clean environment, amazingly kind and respectful Team members at this Location! I don't have one single complaint about the employees customer service or food, all great! The only suggestion i have is that they try to keep an eye on their dining area due to young (stud) customers Lack of respect towards the the mature. All details would be too long to explain the situation that took place... just know that the younger folks truly need to enjoy, eat their food, and not! allow them and their children to linger and play around for long periods of time in such a small, yet nice dining area.

This day, my first time visiting this location ever 2 (stud) parents seem to be lurking amongst the Wise and Mature Customer!!! They tried starting a conflict with me, in which I responded on my own when one asked the other if I had a problem, I sternly told them both the only problem I would ever have was not watching my surroundings , my back!!! Multiple times going to the restroom and not using it, huge distraction to me my family member, we dined in, sitting out the way near the restroom, The back and forth, checking us out... The comment I smelled trouble! When I said what I said due to hearing what they said, They then walked off realizing they didn't want this problem!!!

I don't know how this review may help, i do know I feel better being allowed to give a review on such unwanted behavior from 2 customers at this location. Thank you Church's at this location, hopefully my review helped this location become just that much more of a safer environment very nice...

I’m hoping this the right church’s off Cleveland Avenue across from the car wash. I and my wife had a really long day at work, she in retail and I in Healthcare and just wanted something quick and simple. So we drove up to the drive tru and ordered, when we got to the window the o2 orders were more than a 8 piece so we asked to change the order to that by just adding a couple more pieces and changing it on the register. Only takes a couple of seconds. The young man in the window said to me that because they’re on a timer he couldn’t do it. I assumed a supervisor heard the conversation and approached the window and asked if she could help. We told her the situation and instantly she said because we are on a timer that I should pull off and go back around to the drive thru order board and reorder. I said to her that the timer is for the employees not the customers, but they refused to help me. The time it took for this conversation was more than the time it would have taken just to add a couple of pieces to a box of chicken. I don’t get it, are we serving them or are they serving us. I attempted to eat at this location this morning (I do not normally eat at Churches). I ordered a 8 piece family meal and a order of jalapeño bombers. The bombers were $3.49 and the meal was $22.29. The total they gave me was $29.00. When I asked where the extra charges came from the woman told me the price had changed. I told her that its not what was advertised on the board and she said "Oh well that's the price so what you want me to do". I decided to leave but not before I took a picture of the board. Im not sure if the employee was trying to scam me for more money or if the price has changed but hasn't been updated on the board.
