I Love Seafood LLC — Restaurant in Atlanta

The absolute worst seafood I’ve ever had in my life. I went there this afternoon hoping to have an amazing food experience by the looks of the photos & reviews. I am from Philadelphia and I was craving a good seafood platter from the A. I left disappointed, hungry and $65 down the drain. The signs were clear that the food wasn’t good when I walked in and the establishment was completely empty. They have written everywhere “no refunds or exchanges” as if they deal with issues all the time. It’s clear why now. I asked to see my food when it was prepared and to taste the amount of seasoning. At first bite I almost vomited. The seasoning and sauce is sweet, not cajun. Seafood should be garlicky, buttery, and cajuny! Not sweet! The butter sauce was terribly bland and cold. The food was over cooked severely. I didn’t even leave the restaurant with my food it was so bad I couldn’t even eat it. $65 I spent on food that was so nasty that I didn’t even want to feed my dog it. This is the worse seafood I ever had in my life. Please listen to me and stay far away from this place. I beg you. It’s that bad. And they clearly don’t care to assist their customers as they didn’t try to accommodate me at all as they seen that I didn’t want my food and my reaction to it but still made me pay for it. I placed an order online for the buy one get one free for the case of self love rolls back in July, and here it is October and I haven't received my order yet. All I received was an email stating UPS received information that they would be sending them something for shipping. When I click to track my order/package that's all it says. I have sent several emails in regards to this, but no reply has been given. Then I receive a email promoting they are having another buy one, get one free sale.

Can I get the order I placed first, then we will see if I want to place another order. I'm hoping they will be arriving soon. Not to mention that they are worth all of the wait and money for them. I hadn't checked the reviews until today on the site. I just went by promos from Da Brat and others hyping them up. So I decided I wanted to try them. But looking at the reviews of the Self love rolls, I see people are saying the Self love rolls aren't as advertised. I'm hoping that was just a bad night and they actually do justice for customers who not only come into their establishment, but for their online customers as well. I had no troubles when I ordered my butter sauce from them.

The cashier was doing the best she could- she was nice and explain all the dishes- but they were definitely short staffed- the cook was doing her best to keep up but again short staffed, couple mo people came in to assist. Now the food look delicious as hell on pics, videos and in person but after actually tasting and trying to eat it- it lacked flavor/seasoning as to where it tasted more like chicken stock rather than southern seafood I'm used to from the "Boot"- the butter sauce was more of a popcorn taste rather than an original seafood butter sauce and I'm not sure of the process for as cooking the food and changing the boil water as well as shell- cross contamination- because soon as my sister-in- law took a bite of her food she became sick and thre w up, baby gurl tried to eat the noodles and all she tasted was seafood water, myself took the first sip of the sauce in my plate and instantly I felt sick and tasted nothing but iron in my mouth- thought I was literally tripping- and my wife was sick as well- all of our meals had us sick for 2-3days. I can see the potential but it's going take alot of work and a team to make the dream take shift. Keep trying I do admire that yall ventured out to just give it a try but dedication will take...
