9:00pm at night 5/3/18...I notice drive through had a long line. So decided to go in bc it was about 4 people on the inside whom orders have already been place. So I go to pull on the door An it is locked. The inside doesn’t closed until 10, so I knock on the door An the girl Keyanna was about to let a guy An his kids out , she seen me then went to the other door to let them out which was very rude. Another customer walks up an attempted to open the door, the young lady stated that my manger told me not to open the door for people you’ll have to go through drive threw. I then told her no because your sign states that the inside area doesn’t close until 10. So the manager (FANNIE)then tells her to open the door. So I immediately ask her why you have the door locked at 9pm. She states that: Oh, I got to monitor every that goes in an out of here, we just had a guy come in here with his dog 😱. Not a big deal just ask the guy to take the dog back outside. This place customer service is HORRIBLE, SLOW. I have went there on another occasion, they’ll have you stop at the 1st window for 3-5 minutes before you pulled to the 2nd window in order to keep there drive through time down. I even had a girl to tell me to back up an she will tell me when to pull back to the window again.You don’t have to act like the area you work in, people kill me with that. I bet if you put a Chick-fil-A in the hood, I’m pretty sure that you’ll still get the same quality of service as if you were in Sandy Springs, Buckhead etc..... #SHUTTHISLOCATIONDOWN...
Read moreStaff was extremely rude. I understand that some places have customer only bathrooms (though I have never encountered this in a restaurant). When we entered the store, one member of our party went over to the restroom as the rest got into line at the counter. It was soon discovered that the bathrooms were locked. Having serious medical issues, she was in danger of having an incident if she was unable to access the facilities. When asked if she could be given access, as she had a medically induced emergency of the diuretic variety, we were told absolutely not, the bathroom was only for paying customers. We responded that we understood that and were in line to purchase food and could she please use the facilities. The only reason we hadn't already placed an order is that there were people ahead of us in line. The man at the register was very rude, berating us that we would have to pay prior to having access to the bathroom. It was only after being assured that they would be facing a mess in the hall did they allow her entry. After receiving our food, and having them remake one of the burgers, we watched as a woman came in and walked up to the counter. Asked to go to the bathroom, and was let in without fuss. She then left the restaurant when done. The employees and woman were black, our group are white. We received disdain and attitude when we offered none in return. I’m absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated at this establishment.
I’m traveling from out of town and made a quick stop here. There were NO signs posted anywhere stating that a purchase was required to use the restroom. I kindly asked the cashier at the front if I could use the restroom, and her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She told me flat-out that I had to purchase something in order to use the restroom — no empathy, no courtesy, just an unwelcoming tone. As a first-time guest, I was shocked. This is not how you treat customers, especially those who are just passing through and may have otherwise given the business a chance. I will be calling corporate to report this unacceptable behavior. A simple act of kindness could’ve earned a loyal customer — instead, it left a terrible impression.
