Touchdown wings — Restaurant in Atlanta

I came to visit from out of town and was excited to try. When we 1st arrived, I was a little never by all the commotion in front of the stuff. I'm sure they have no control over that, so I proceeded. When we came in, we noticed the tables and chairs were stacked. I assumed it was due to the people hanging out front, but they should at least accommodate paying customers until they receive their food. The cashier wasn't friendly but there were a lot of people ordering. I ordered 10 wings which came with fries and a drink. We waited over 20 minutes and it was hot inside. When I received my order I asked about the drink it cane with. The cashier must've forgotten, so I asked for a sprite, as the soda fountain was behind the counter. She proceeded to hand me the cup as if I was being a bother. I took it and asked if the machine was down because I asked for Sprite. She literally ignored me and took the next customer. I wanted for them to be done, handed her my cup, and again asked for the sprite. When I got to the house and tried the sprite, it tasted like water. Chin the poorly trained store manager has horrible customer service. I placed a door dash order and call the store to speak to confirm they had my order correct. Chin confirmed my order but it was not prepared as ordered. I called the store and spoke with Chin and he told me the kitchen didn’t prepare it correctly because of a .50 difference. Chin did not have any resolutions other than to tell me to come to the store to pick up a cup of sauce or purchase a new Order. Chin is clueless and needs to learn how to manage a business. Denija the little girl in the front is so rude. I’m next in line and instead of saying next she’s laying on the counter looking at her phone… so I say ARE U READY? And she’s like yea all Dry like I’m getting on her nerves. After I order i asked how long is the wait so I can go to my car because it’s nowhere to sit and so many bums allowed to hang in there begging for money or food. Her response is ASK HIM(and points behind her) CUZ I WOULDNT KNOW…was she trained for this position? Does she know how to speak with customers or is this rainy day just an off day for her mentally?
