Been going here for years and honestly the past few months, the workers have been skimping the sandwiches when it comes to deli meat & load your sandwiches up on lettuce & oil. I shouldn’t have to ask for extra or double meat especially when there should be more meat when I’m getting turkey, cheese, & lettuce. The quality of this place has just gone down, other jersey mikes don’t do this. Just this one.

Good customer service and quick receiving, but the quality of the food didn’t meet my expectations this time. I’ve tried Jersey Mike’s Subs at several other locations and had a much better experience. Unfortunately, this location didn’t maintain the same standard.

Super disappointed!! Stopped off to pick up two sandwiches on the way to Sandy Hook. Open them up on the beach and they were both doused in mustard. It was all over the outside of the sandwich too. It was all we could taste. What a waste of $30!

I have ordered from here for the last 4 years. Most of the time they follow the instructions when you order on the JM App. The last time we ordered we received oily vegetables in a wrap. It was disgusting and inedible. Even used the wrong cheese and zero chicken was in our wraps. Ruined our dinner. Our order was supposed to be Chicken/Portobello Mushroom cheese steak with the instructions at the end with the fresh items. We got home with the incorrect order and called the store. I was told to call the manager on his cell phone for a refund. WHAT???!! So weird and poor customer service. Yes I did get our money back after calling the manager at home a day later. Used to buy all my sub sandwiches from independent PIZZA places ... They always sent the orders to the back room to be made ... Never really liked that ... When JERSEY MIKES came to ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS decided to give it a try ... Was totally delighted ... The sandwich was made right in front of my eyes with totally fresh ingredients ... And came out WONDERFULLY DELICIOUS ... I am hooked for life ... THANKS ... BAREFOOT DAVE ( the NO SHOES GUY ) ... Have NEVER been hassled over my BARE FEET in this store ... ...

The team here is GREAT. But I truly feel bad for the staff as they’re set up to fail every weekend. Really not fair to have mobile app orders, grub hub, door dash and postmastes ordering options when they can barely keep up with the in-person orders. We waited 30 minutes in person last weekend, 40 minutes today with doordash pick up. Could’ve driven to Brennan’s or Livoti’s and back in the amount of time. The staff is always apologetic but it’s really not...
