Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Attalla

Called our order in and waited ten minutes got their waited z few minutes, decided to go ahead and pay, Juan (the same person that took my order), took payment. No receipt.we waited twenty more minutes asked about our food and he goes in and comes out and asks our name and if we had placed online order, I confirmed we had not, goes back in and back out and asks our order, that we have already paid for! He says they can't find it, I asked them to make it again, had to go back in and ask again after twenty to thirty minutes and it was on the table sitting there. Juan at no time was in a hurry or helping the kitchen. He actually was eating something and drinking the whole time we were waiting, including when he went in to the kitchen to the talk to the ones that were working. The pretzel pizzas didn't have pepperoni which I ordered on there twice on e when I called in the second when I repeated the order to the guy. It's happen several times I go there and they never have pizza ready tells me it will be about 8 minutes. I don't mind to wait for frash pizza but i wait and wait for over 20 minutes this has happen several times even when I call it in. I work fast food for over 8 years as a manager you know when your lunch and dinner rushes are they should have at least 3 to 5 pepperoni and cheese ready when you sell a few add more to the oven. I been in the lobby while they tell people it's going to be 20 minutes or so and let them drive off to increase your sell keep some ready. You manage your food cost and labor cost when times get slow by sending people on break. You should never trun down or run business off I'll call in at Domino's for now on the price are the same now that you gone up and $9 for deep dish that was $6 not to...

Don't allow these negative reviews to push you away from here. There may have been issues when this business first opened but it has been here long enough now to have a routine & work system established. I have been here three times, placing to go orders all times & have had zero issues. My order has always been ready walking in the door with little to no wait time. The staff is really nice & reputable. The 🍕 is also very delicious! Cooked just right, not undercooked or anything like these negative reviews say. The drive thru & Little Caesar's app is very convenient as well. Living in Attalla, I have been looking forward to finally getting a Little Caesar's 🍕 in our city. Thankful that Attalla has Little Caesar's now & will be using them as long as the doors remain open! Great service...
