I usually support thrift stores because of their mission, but this one left a really bad impression. While shopping, I couldn’t help but notice employees being made to do tasks completely unrelated to running the store,some were doing chores that seemed more like janitorial or maintenance work than anything to do with helping customers or keeping the place organized.Even worse, I was there for hours and saw how exhausted they looked, clearly overwhelmed by things they shouldn't have to deal with. I found that just about 50% of everything I picked up did not have a price tag on it and then I found out that when I got to the register they refused to sell me anything that didn't have a price tag on it. She said she wouldn't know what to charge me. Well you know what that's stuff is gifted to them. It's donated to them. It doesn't matter what she charges me. As long as she makes a dollar off of it.
