Sad that I have to leave the 1 star. This place deserves 0 stars. We bought a tire, and while we were there, we got an oil change. They used an impact wrench on the oil pan, which resulted in a $600 oil pan replacement a few weeks later. Do not take your vehicle here for anything. I hate leaving bad reviews and will not 99.9% of the time unless someone like this goes above and beyond to earn a bad review. UPDATE- I reached out to the customer service number on the corporate side like they requested in their reply. I emailed proof and a receipt from the busted oil pan being replaced that was caused by the Attalla Mavis. Still nothing. As a small business owner, I remedy situations like this as soon as they arise. I don't ask a customer to jump through a bunch of hoops, then have them sit and wait for weeks. As a small business owner, bad reviews can be costly, but I guess it doesn't matter with large corporations like this. I would never treat any of my customers like this. You caused $640 worth of damage. You have proof of the repairs. Please do the right thing and make it right. **Latest Update- 5 weeks later still no check or reimbursement like I was promised for the $640 in damage that was caused to my wife's van. Sent in proof, still waiting, 5 weeks later. I went by Mavis at 4:30 in the afternoon because my two driver's side tires kept going flat, almost every single day. I was finally financially able to get them patched, that way I would be able to at least get by til I could get new tires. When I got there a man named Jason helped me and checked my tires.. one tire had a nail and my back 2 tires ended up being way worse than expected. He showed me what was wrong and helped me figure out a way to get back on the road. His number one priority was keeping me safe and I've never been so grateful!
