BUYER BEWARE: Dominoes on County St Attleboro. Last night, 8/24/23, we placed an online order through their app that included a pizza and breadstick. They delivered the wrong order to us. The pizza and appetizer were totally incorrect. The pizza had pineapple on it and we are not a pineapple pizza fam so it wasn’t even something we could eat. I called Dominoes and told them about the error & asked them to send our correct order. I was told by a young man named Hayden that if I wanted my correct food I had to come down and pick it up myself. I told him that didn’t seem fair because they made the error. I was told “it is what it is” & if I wanted the actual food I ordered and paid for then i needed to come pick it up. He refused to let me talk to a manager and said there wasn’t one there at the time. I was pretty disappointed but I told him I would come pick it up asked how long I should wait for my order to be ready and they said “come now”. When I got there I returned the incorrect food they delivered. They did not have my correct order there and also weren’t in the process of remaking it. There were 6 employees working and none of them knew what happened to our order nor were working to fix it. At this point I was not interested in waiting any longer. Their manager Romeo said he could refund my order so I asked him to do so. When I asked for a receipt or email confirmation of the refund he said he couldn’t provide anything because it wouldn’t process until the morning. But the charge was showing no reversal in the morning as promised. So I called to follow up with the opening manager. An older sounding gentleman with an accent told me he “knew nothing about my problem and couldn’t help me.” I asked for his name and he refused. I asked for the franchise owners name and he refused. At this point it feels like Dominoes Attleboro has stolen my money. I am appalled at the lack of customer service by so many employees. Read moreI have been a regular customer and I always ordered 14 pieces of chicken wings with pepperoni pizza. However, this particular time I ordered 28 pieces with the pizza, but when I got home, there were only 26 pieces of chicken wings. When I called, the " manager" said that I have no proved. How am I supposed to prove to him when I'm already at home? I told him I have the boxes right here in front of me, one has 14 and one has 12. He said, this is not the first time that this happened, we get customer who called because of missing orders all the time. Then, he told me to order some place else. I said listen, all I want is to get what I paid for and he said that he can give me the 2 wings that were missing but I have to go get it. Then, I asked if I could have it deliver to me and the manager said no, I have to pay the delivery fee. And then he continued to say that this is the only compensation that I can do for you and there is no more to discuss. I felt disappointed because of how rude the manager was to me. Now, this is not the first time that this has happened to me. Read moreI firmly believe this location crew is running a charge scam. They are attempting to adjust online orders made with the 6.99 coupon to reflect a no coupon charge to customers, and then adjusting to add the coupon back once the upcharge is pd by customer I believe so employee(s) can then pocket the difference. When called out our delivery driver reviewed the order and agreed the charge was definitely wrong. Location wasn't answering so driver called on his own cell and we were told by the manager over the drivers cell that there is now a sauce charge and only 1 topping allowed per pizza. We order weekly for our coaching crew so know this not to be the case. Pizza comes with sauce and dominos deal offers a few choices and two toppings. Our location does not charge for sauce and our online order clearly showed the correct charges when it was submitted. After we ordered someone at the location called asking to change our profile and the name associated with it. I don't know why they wld be editing my profile unless attempting to edit charges. The "manager" then stated these "new" charges started this week. When they attempted to force the upcharge we declined the order. It was then properly corrected.
