Dunkin' — Restaurant in Attleboro

This location needs to remove the "24 hour drive thru" statement from their sign. I work 3rd shift nearby and it's highly irritating to gamble whether or not the store is open. It's been going on for quite some time: I understood the reasoning during Covid, but lately it's only been getting more frequent. If you're not going to be open, turn off that bright sign or leave a note.

I am writing this tonight because I noticed a car in the drive-thru, watched them be handed their order, then wasn't even given a 5-second, "sorry, we're closed". If you are going to serve your buddies but ignore everyone else, at least do us the courtesy of not wasting our time! (I would also recommend they not go through the drive thru as it only adds to the fallacy that the store is "open").

I would give this location a 1-star, but the girl who usually works 3rd shift is amazing. I need to ask what nights she has off so I can plan ahead (and also her name). She deserves all the good credit as she's always 'on the ball', even with a full line of customers.

i don’t usually do reviews because i know people out there have bad days and feed their family with their job but every sunday i go there and grab donuts for my grandmother because that the only place that serves chocolate cream donuts sometimes i make it some times i dont today i made it i bought the last to chocolate cream donuts on the chelf and i wanted the last 10 chocolate cream munchkins and then some next to me orders it and they give it to him mind you im hispanic and hes white so what would you think i paid first and when i told them those where suppose to be mines they told me pick another donut whats the big deal and when i asked to speak to a manager they said theirs no manager on duty…. maybe it wasnt a big deal to them but i drive far just to grab these because they are my grandmothers favorite treat which i share every sunday till she dies but...

I've been coming to this Dunkin for a while. The past couple weeks there's been a noticeable change for the worse in the atmosphere. The workers seem to be miserable when before there was a friendliness to them.

Today may have been the last straw for me. I was in getting my usual order and I saw a worker, Mya, start raising her voice to another worker who has been nothing but kind and professional to me in past visits. I was surprised to see Mya handle a problem so loudly when the other worker was trying to take it off the floor Mya refused, and managent simply allow it instead of stepping in to help calm the situation down or help the worker Mya was verbally attacking.

I'm not sure what the problem in the store is but I wouldn't be surprised if they start losing customers...
