While at your establishment, one of your employees engaged in a loud conversation about highly inappropriate topics, including explicit references to methamphetamine. This conversation occurred not only in the presence of my young child but also within earshot of other customers and staff. Additionally, this individual inappropriately questioned a new female employee about her sense of humor in a manner that seemed to make her uncomfortable. Throughout this encounter, there appeared to be no supervisory presence to address or mitigate the situation, nor did any staff member intervene.
In addition to discussing highly inappropriate and sensitive topics such as methamphetamine loudly in front of my 10-year-old and other customers, the same staff member engaged in behavior that could be construed as harassing towards a young female colleague. He inquired if she had a “dark sense of humor” in a manner that was clearly uncomfortable for her, and his overall conduct seemed to lack any form of professionalism or respect. This occurred in an environment that seemed devoid of any supervisory presence or intervention from other staff members.
Witnessing this behavior was not only deeply unsettling for me and my child but also raised serious concerns about the safety and well-being of employees under your employ, especially those who are new and potentially vulnerable. The lack of intervention from any supervisory staff further compounds my worry about the work culture and the safety measures in place at Dominoes.
This experience has significantly impacted my perception of the safety and professionalism of Dominoes. It was highly inappropriate and discomforting to be exposed to such topics, especially with a child present. It raises concerns about the environment your establishment tolerates or overlooks.
I urge you to address this behavior directly with the individuals involved and to review and enforce your policies on professional conduct and workplace environment. It may also be beneficial to provide additional training to your staff to prevent similar incidents in the future. I hope to hear back from you regarding the steps you plan to take to address this issue and ensure a more positive environment for both your customers and employees.
I trust that Dominoes values the feedback of its customers and is committed to creating an environment that is both safe...
Read moreMy husband and myself we're not happy with service and our pizza. We ordered two phillysteak sandwiches and large combination pizza. It was suppose to be on the special extravaganza. When placing the order we were not told that they didn't have the sandwich bread. Yes they did try to call us back to inform us they didn't have the bread. But we were unable to get to the phone. But what was disturbing is when my husband went down there. He went through the drive thru. While waiting in drive thru he watched employees pass by without asking him if he needed any assistance. And the employee at drive thru just walked away and sat at the counter. My husband knock on the window to get the employees attention. At that time an employee came to the window and explained about the bread situation and stated that they try to call twice. And made it seem like it was our fault we didn't answer the phone when they called about our order. My husband asked about our pizza. The employee told him that the pizza was made and ready.but since we didn't get the Philly steak sandwiches we would have to pay full prize for the pizza. He wasn't even offended any comparable to the special offer at the time we called in our order. My husband frustrated just paid for the pizza and left and he came back home without sandwiches and the pizza was cold. And he was not given a receipt either. Now in the past we have always been satisfied with our service and food and been going to the store inAtwater ca. 95301 for years. Myself who's a manger who works at one of the biggest fast food restaurants this kind of service would not be tolerated. I'm hoping this will be corrected. So we can continue getting our sandwiches and pizzas at the Atwater store. In the...
Read moreThey have people in there that are unable to correctly count change no matter how often they count it the numbers are different. ALSO this last time I went (I go weekly) the pizza had 8 bubbles on it. It looked terrible and it did not taste as good as it has in the past. UPDATE: TONIGHT MY PIZZA WAS NOT READY WHEN IT SAID IT WAS AND WAS TOLD TO COME BACK IN 35-45 MINS. MY DAUGHTER WENT TO GET IT THEN AND THE GUY SHOVED 2 PIZZAS AND BREAD AT HER. WHEN SHE GOT HERE THERE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 5 PIZZAS. SHE WENT BACK AND I HEADED BACK THERE. THEY WERE RUDE TO HER. I ARRIVED AND STARTED TALKING TO THE HISPANIC GIRL I ORIGINALLY TALKED TO AND THE RUDE WHITE CHICK CAME OVER MOVED HER AND TOLD HER SHE WOULD HANDLE IT. IT WAS ONLY PARTIALLY RESOLVED BECAUSE 4 OF THE 5 PIZZAS HAD BIG BUBBLES AND 2 OF THEM WERE BURNED AND COULD NOT ALL BE EATEN. THIS DOMINOS IS A DISASTER!! RUDE WORKERS!!! AND ONE TIME HAD 2 UNDER 6 YEAR OLDS MESSING AROUND IN THE KITCHEN (THEY BELONGED TO ONE OF THE WORKERS). UPDATE: Last night one pizza had to be remade due to excess bubbles. The middle aged female worker was very nice and told me to park out front and they would bring it. I backed in out front to watch. She left. I sat there was over 30 mins. Finally I went in and told them I wanted my pizza and people acted like they weren't sure. She walks in and tells them I was the remake. My pizza was sitting on top of the warming table. The short guy handed it to me and I left while not...
