I came in with my family of 6 on a Monday. This was my 1st time here. There was no wait. Josh was serving us I believe he was the Manager or Owner, he had a very friendly demeanor he was so welcoming! He let us know the specials which were a great deal! X-large 1 topping with breadsticks 4 kids drinks 1 adult drink and I got a water for $31.11The pizza was delicious! And the bread sticks are my favorite now!! They were so fresh and doughy and the right amount of cheese. The dining area was large and cozy very modernized with 5 T.V's. There's a soda machine accessible to get your own refills and there are many awards and thank you's on the wall. Everything was clean. There's a gaming area for the kids. A. Change machine is there to dispense quarters. There's a buffet section as well. Great job Pizza Factory and Josh! We had a amazing experience..thank you for telling me about the app and discounts! I'll be back!❤🙌👏👏👏

Ordered 2 salami sandwiches, the only change made to either was , no tomatoes. Each sandwich literally only had 4 small slices of salami for the meat, a minimal amount of wilted lettuce, rubbery cheese and mayo. Very empty dry sandwiches, all you cld taste was dry cooked bread! Paid over $25.00 for just the 2 sandwiches. Since both sandwiches were this way I'll assume it's the "Norm". What a disappointment, never again!

It was a good deal it came with a salad.

So first off, I'm new to Atwater. So I've been to almost every restaurant now because I want to see what's good and what's not. I have to say this pizza factory has the best wings in Atwater and the pizza was perfect for California pizza. The service was incredible, no other restaurant can compete with customer service with these guys. Every employee smiled and was so incredibly nice and helpful. The guy in the red shirt went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I've been to pizza joints from California all the way to new York and guys believe me when I say this place is worth finishing your day off with, or bringing your family to for family night. I'm not a employee or a friend of a employee. I'm just a completely satisfied customer with a picky wife and two picky daughters who were all satisfied and happy...

I tend to like Pizza Factory, but I must say this was a terrible time for my family and I. In the first place we were there at the same time as a childs birthday party. These kids kept tossing the ball and hitting us no said anything. The employees walked around with food almost tripping or getting ball hit into kitchen! Second the pizza took 1 hour and then when it came it tasted bad all pizza mainly tasted like sauce! Sorry but not going there again in Atwater.
