Taco Bell — Restaurant in Atwater

I’m giving 5 stars for the service I received today. I was on my way to Atwater to visit family and I stopped at Livingston Taco Bell. It wasn’t until after I was in Atwater that I realized they messed up my daughter’s food. So I went to Atwater Taco Bell to order her new food. I left and got to my family’s house when I realized I was given the wrong food. I drove back, angry, and walked into the restaurant with my incorrect food and receipt. I was immediately acknowledged by a man who was busy working on something with the soda machines. He could tell I wasn’t happy and already knew what had happened before I even spoke. He immediately acknowledged the mistake, asked for my food to be remade and offered me a soda for my troubles. I actually decline the drink because I was so pleased with the service on correcting the mistake. Thank you Ryan for your kindness and for getting me taken care of quickly. I have been going here a long time and in the last few times that I have come at night, at around 8-830pm, the food is ice cold. We ordered two chalupa boxes and 2 five layer burritos . I noticed it last time and had to reheat my food, which is hard to do when you have lettuce on it. This time I noticed it again more so but this time it was cold and the chalupa was chewey, meaning it had set for a long while. If you go during the day the food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is good, day shift way better. Disappointed enough this time about cold food that I decided to write a review. We have always had a better experience in Atwater, and the last two times very disappointed...

No indoor dining. I used the drive-thru. I had to drive clear around the building to get in the drive-thru, which was annoying, because there were big orange pillars, (cones) blocking cars from going into the drive-thru from anywhere except one place. There was only one car in line in front of me. The person who took my order was happy and nice, he had no problem answering my questions. I asked if the sold Mexican pizzas, because I would of ordered one, I really like them, but they don't sell them anymore 😥. I ordered a burrito, a quesadilla and nacho fries.
