Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Auburn

I don't know if it is just this Dominos or what, but the quality of their food is not up to par. Although the prices are great, I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and it looked like they hardly had any cheese on there at all. They do not put enough sauce on the pizza, it does not matter if you ask for extra, because I asked for extra cheese and the cheese did not even cover the pizza. So the pizza is very dry and not up to par. Not to mention, there is hardly anyone who is at the counter, so you got to wait about 5-10 minutes to pay for and get your food. I was wandering why there was hardly anybody in the place, I guess I know now. If they would just put a little extra sauce and give the extra cheese you ask for and not overcook the pizza to where you need a glass of water to eat it, then I would order from them much more often. However, after the experience I had with my first order, I have not gone back. Hopefully they will read and take heed of their customer reviews and get better because their prices really are...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m a very patient person when it comes to pizza delivery especially where I live considering my house is fairly difficult to find. I placed my order at 10:40 and my driver was supposedly out to deliver it at 11:33. It got to be around 12:10 so I called the store just to make sure I didn’t need to help the driver find my house or anything (I was super nice and truly trying to help). At 1 a.m. my order still wasn’t here so I tried calling the store 4 times but their phones seemed to be disconnected... so I drove up to the store to find out what the deal was and the employee was no help whatsoever. I drive back home and it is now 2 a.m. and I just had to call and cancel my order, was courteous on the phone, I said “thank you” and got hung up on by Michael. I have no idea how this location is still up...

Placed an order online for a large pizza and two orders of cheese bread on a Sunday night. 2 hours later the order still was not delivered. I called to check on it but no one would answer the phone. I got in my car and drove to the store which is about 3 miles from my house directly up College Street. My pizza and cheese bread are sitting there and still are not being picked up by a driver for delivery. I picked up my food and requested the delivery fee and tip back since it didn't get delivered, and they gave me a partial refund. I asked if they could re-make my food since it was 2 hours old and not very warm but they said it would take at least another half hour. Don't waste your time with this Domino's, they do not care. The phones in the store were ringing off the hook and everyone was just standing around...
