Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Auburn

Great drinks but here's my issue....I don't understand the purpose of ordering ahead. Each time I have ordered ahead, I took 10-13 minutes to get there and then I still waited at least 10 minutes for my drink. It literally saved me no time at all. I would have done as well just ordering there. If they're not going to start making my order until I arrive, whyy offer order ahead? Very frustrating! Absolutely amazing service!! Everyone treated me like I was their best friend who they've waited all day for and had fantastic drink suggestions. I went twice today and the second time was just as great as the first!! All the drinks were super delicious. I like Dutch Bros, but this is probably one of the worst ones I've been to. One morning two people in front of me drove off without their order because of how long it took.
