Sept 4th 2025 went there on my way to the turnpike Ordered two coffees one reg one decaf and two grilled cheese. Got to the order screen, girl kept saying she couldn't hear me I ended up yelling my order to her, get to the first window where your supposed to pay saw two girls with thier backs to the window called out to them they didn't acknowledge me Went to the next window no one there which there wouldn't have been until my order was paid for Now I'm upset because I had to go around front and go inside. A girl comes out from the back. Can I help you. I said I want to pick up my drive through order, she says well you drove off I said because neither one of you two girls would turn around, the two girls kept laughing at me because I was upset telling me I was embarrassing myself. And my order wasn't even ready. Now I ask for the manager she had no clue what happened, but when I asked how to get in touch with the owner she said she couldn't give that information out So he wasn't much help either We get on the road to our destination my wife takes a drink of her coffee which was supposed to be decaf and it wasn't decaf. And our grilled cheese, the cheese wasn't melted and the bread was hard

When we asked for a refund she was rude and told us to call corporate or come in the next day. Corporate only offered enough points to replace one drink out of 6 items. When I went in the next day to see if they'll make it, they were nice about that and made the drinks after waiting 10 minutes for the food it was clear they they just skipped over us. Of course when I get home I dropped the iced coffee. I figured since their mistake lettuce to this big giant headache, they would be okay with replacing that. Instead of replacing it the manager who was complaining Non-Stop about how busy it was went on a loud rant saying that this was all our fault. If she had just not screwed up in the first place, and then own her mistake and put the refund through this could have all been avoided. I didn't think getting the coffee replaced was not that unreasonable due to the aggravation time wasted and not getting anything extra just what...

I ordered my machiatto and as it sits there with the espresso melting the ice because they have just left it sitting there without finishing it. I finally get my drink and there is like 3 ice cubes in it. I ask for more ice in my machiatto and she looks at me and let's me stand there for 5 minutes and then comes over and says we have to charge you for the ice. I was like it has 3 ice cubes and that's how you handed it to me. She says my manager said to charge you! This is exactly the reason why I go to Minot Ave! The customer service at 1179 Washington st south Exit 75 near the irving gas station is the worst customer service I have ever seen! The handful of times I have been in there... has never been a good experience! Social media can be a bad thing. I will make sure to continue to spread the horrible customer service until someone in that store wants to improve their customer...
