7/22 around 6:40/7 pm The incompetent, disrespectful manager lady who has been there for a while, is most definitely worn out from that place and clearly doesn’t care to be there anymore. for starters, all of the food on the line looked extremely nasty as if it weren’t covered all day long. and than; she rushed mine and my families orders, didnt ask if i wanted my food toasted but did it anyway (in fact did not want it toasted) but she was rushing so fast i just went with it. we tried paying with a ripped coupon that obviously wasnt expired (showed all info on it), before we could even tell her about what happened to it she rudely and loudly interrupted my fiance and told him she cant take it and “he has to pay with something else” ??? even though every single time we’re there, the man types it in for us an theres never an issue. she had an attitude the entire time taking our orders, completely dismissed us as we walked in an waited to order, and started the conversation with “what are you guys getting” my brother went in after we walked out to ask the women for her name to speak to her manager because she was being extremely rude and unprofessional, she said “you dont need to know my name” than called her manager and began telling her that he was being “aggressive” when he just wanted her name so maybe someone would correct her ugly behavior. we’ve all been living here since we were kids and have never witnessed a worker acting like that towards us. I'm always patient when they are busy, because I work with the public, so I'm very understanding when it comes to them being busy, or preparing online orders. All but one of the employees acknowledge customers as they come inland let them know right away that they will be with them as soon as possible. Today, this young man did not acknowledge me, look up at me, nothing. He was making two sandwiches for an online order. I quickly, between his sandwiches mentioned to him that acknowledging a customer goes a long way with keeping them happy. He simply muttered okay. As he was finally making my sandwich, 2 other customers came in, same thing. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing. Such awful customer service today.
