I have eaten mexican food and taco trucks my whole life and this is one of the best food trucks in all of Washington. These people know what they are doing and you can tell they put their love into this food. All of their food is perfectly seasoned, (including the beans and rice)and their salsas are rich and flavorful(not watered down like most places). Best chicken taco plate there is in Auburn, I got 1 beef and 1 chicken, they were authentic in every way and not too spicy for my white ass! They gave us plenty of different sauces to use on our tacos amd it comes with rice and beans.I will definitely be going back, the construction right out front is confusing but if your heading up the hill it's just before California Burrito on the left. The sopas are so freaking good. Crispy and crunchy fried dough without being too greasy or thick. The toppings were fresh and amazing.....juicy tomatoes, crunchy lettuce and very good cheese quality.
