Subway — Restaurant in Auburn

Tried all the sidekicks. Nothing was heated up long enough. The churro was a 1/10, the only time I've ever met a churro I didn't eat. It was in the oven like 30 seconds, is not enough time subway cmon it's not even hot, get real, put it in the oven until it's hot. The dippers were 2/10, they were not hot at all, not even close, not even warm, cold and terrible. The cheese was like normal cold cheese. The commercial shows them melty. Very bad and dry when cold. Sad food. The cookie is gigantic and was cold but was pretty good even cold 4/10. The pretzel was cold as well, would be so much better than in the oven 30 seconds. Cmon. What are we doing here? Nobody else was even in the store, there was time to cook everything properly. First and last time trying this location, the employee was nice but clearly needs some more training in making food hot before serving. I’m not sure if he’s the owner but he’s always there. He does a great job with his sandwich making. I would go in the morning to get my lunch for work. He loads the sandwiches up and makes sure the avocados and all produce is quality. Don’t go to the subway by bel air. They will cough on your food and put onions on your sandwich when you say twice no onions so they pick them off and leave bits of them on the sandwich. The lady literally coughed all over my sandwich. I will never go back to the bel air shopping center location. I will always go to this location off auburn Folsom. This location wouldn’t honor a buy one foot long get one free coupon that was not expired. They said they would take all other coupons except buy one get one free “because it made the owner lose money”.I placed a to-go order and after he made two foot-longs he started putting the chicken and veggies back in their containers after I no longer wanted them (because he didn’t honor the coupon). This is cross contamination and is a huge food and safety violation. I would highly avoid this store and their shady...
