This is the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant, fast food or otherwise. First, we walked in to an empty store, took about 3 minutes for anyone to come up and take our order, there was no one in the drive thru either, so that wasn't the issue. The manager, Gwen, then came up to the register and looked at us (my husband and me) and just said "for here or to go" no "sorry for the wait" or even "how are you" or "how can I help you." We then waited at least ten minutes for our food (2 jr bacon cheeseburgers, 4 pc nugget, fries and a spicy chicken sandwich) when we sat down at a table, one of the jr bacon cheeseburgers was a chicken blt and the chicken sandwich was not spicy chicken and was just chicken and bread. When we approached the counter, the younger guy making the food saw us and asked what the issue was, my husband told him he ordered a spicy chicken sandwich but there was nothing other than chicken and bread, the worker apologized and took the sandwich from him to add the other ingredients. Gwen, the manager, then asked what the issue was with my food, I told her I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger but received a chicken blt, I even had the receipt showing JBC. She rolled her eyes at me(!!) and said she would make it for me, she then handed me new sandwich, when I unwrapped it, it was a burger, cheese and bacon (no lettuce,ketchup or mayo) I went back up to the counter and asked for the remaining ingredients to be added, at which point, the couple other people who had come into the store after us had started to get frustrated by how long they were waiting, or annoyed that their own food orders were incorrect. After rolling her eyes, AGAIN, she did fix the sandwich. But at no point did Gwen, the manager, apologize, tell anyone to have a good night, or indicate in any other way that part of her job includes customer service. I am not from this area, but I will never return to this restaurant. Be warned you will be waiting, and your food order will likely be incorrect, you will also be made to feel like an idiot if you ask for it...
Read moreOk I never write reviews. But I need to for this one. EXTREMELY RUDE AND IMPATIENT MANAGER. Horrible. The actual workers were nice and apologized for her because of her attitude. I ordered a meal, and was going to add another and she stoped me before i could even talk and said pull forward. i asked “well can i add another order to that or no?” and she grunted and said “what is it”. then I go up to pay and the nice lady asked “Hey did you order the double baconator meal?”, i got confused and said no i ordered the regular baconator meal. and she was confused and got the manager, I would too 100% because the manager took my order. Manager comes up and gives me no breaks and schools me on what they “Do”. If you say “regular baconator meal” they put Double , not a single , and i was wrong because i did order the not the single. So instead of doing anything i just said alright that’s fine , and then paid and pulled forward. Manager gave me my drink and food, which was all correct and it’s wendy’s food , don’t expect the best. But all i did was ask for more sauce and you could have thought i asked her to sacrifice her 2nd child. Please stop hiring managers that couldn’t care less, keep them as min wage employees. Read more10-30-24 I went to Wendy's around 9:15 pm and there was a tall dark-skin female that was supposed to be a manager!! She had a VERY NASTY ATTITUDE AT THE DRIVE THRU FOR NO REASON!! She kept slamming the window in my face after asking me ABOUT GIVING ME THE WRONG ORDER!! My hands was all in the bag and I ate a fry. I didn't realize I had the wrong order until she gave me drinks. I had already eaten one french fry which was hot. She snatched the order back and sent it to the car in front of me!! SHE WASN'T SUPPOSED TO DO THAT? SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE THRASH IT, LIKE HER ATTITUDE NEEDING THRASHING. OUR ORDER WAS WRONG TWICE!! If she spend less time disrespecting the customer and more time doing her job with a positive attitude it would be a great start!! HOW IN THE HELL DID SHE BECOME A MANAGER!!
