JJ WINGS and SEAFOOD — Restaurant in Augusta

First, the food at this place is amazing. It is the only reason I gave it 3 stars. The cashier that took our order was rude. She seems like she is aggravated and trying to get everyone to hurry up and give her their order. Even when she answers the phone she is super rude. It's like she talks to you like you're stupid. I don't know what her name is. The receipt just says Cashier. She really needs some training on customer service. Also, I am a veteran of the United States Army, and prior active duty, and what I'm about to write really pissed me off. The woman that ordered in front of us showed her military i.d. to the cashier, and she told her she couldn't give her the discount because the discount is for active duty only. If you're going to have a military discount, it should be for military whether they're active duty, reserves, or national guard. Everyone makes a sacrifice, not only active duty. I don't know if that is a company policy or if the cashier...

This food is disgusting. There is no seasoning what so ever. The wings are hard and dried out also extremely bland. Catfish was small and tasted like it came straight out of the water. Not worth the money at all, I recommend anybody go to hooks and cooks. The wings won't be over fried and the prices are just like this place but it's worth the money. I don't see this place lasting long. They know they food nasty too and over charging people for this crap. They also got a stupid sign in the restaurant saying no refund, no exchange. Change that crap yall need to refund anyone that gets this subpar food.

It does matter what I'm used too. Yall food is subpar and bland. My wings was overcooked and hard and the meat was dry. Do better before replying. Yall food nasty simple as that. Try to learn to cook better food instead...

The place wasn't very busy and I can understand why. While they do have a wide selection of things to choose from on the menu, the food we ordered was not at all satisfying. Not in taste or quality but at least it was hot. The Ranger, a burger choice, wasn't bad but the fries came unsalted. The Italian chicken tenders lacked flavor. The breading on the jalapeño poppers lacked flavor. The jalapeño peppers themselves tasted like water, definitely frozen, and the cheese inside was tasteless and barely melted. Everything was hot which is the only reason this review had two stars. I think this is a matter of food quality and not so much the execution. Would not eat here a second time. Its cheap though so I guess you get what...
