Let me share my experience with you! Amazing! From the moment I walked in the door I have felt amazing vibes from this establishment! I was greeted with good morning by every staff member!!! Every employee took two seconds to express their gratitude for me coming in the door. My server was Nellie, she was amazing. Had my silverware on the counter, took my order, and had my drinks within minutes of sitting down. Steve, he wasn’t even my server but he worked as a team player assisting with anything that was needed. Zabian was the manager on shift and he was all over the place; in a good way. Helping his employees as an amazing leader. He assisted with service and cooking. The cook, Krisshayla, stepped away for a second to take a quick break and he did not hesitate to step in to help out. Now, on to the food!!! Wow!!!! Krisshayla made everything perfect!!! I ordered the All Star Breakfast. Read moreThe food as always is good. The service was horrible, we had Michelle as our server and you could tell her shift was about to end. From the start we had no silverware, had empty drinks that never where filled, 1st time in my life that someone puts a plate in my face (literally)waiting for me to accommodate them on a full table with 4 people! We had to stack our waffles one on top of the other and consolidate all our bacon in one plate while the server just looked aggravated that we took so long. Not one time we where asked if we needed anything or got a simple smile from the server.
Paying time comes; I asked if they honor the 10% military discount. I was told yes and the order came from $47.23 to $46.23. The math just didn't add to me but since is something that is not mandatory I appreciate anything they can give us as a discount if they choose to do so. Read moreThe Waffle House on Wheeler Rd. Is becoming to look dirty as you enter and sit down. For the last two visits we have had to ask for wet rags to wipe off syrup that had hardened on the table sides. We feel as if you need a door entering into the restroom area. Today-----we did not receive our beverages until well into eating our food, our server seemed pleasant at first but as time moved on I felt as if I was bothering her when we asked for something (yes, we had to ask for syrup, there was none on the table). And I understand this. But having to ASK FOR IT!!!!! Come on now!!!Kayla definitely needs more training in customer service. When went to pay, I stood at the counter 5 min. before getting someone to take my money!! Very disappointed today. But NELLI is GREAT. She always greets us with a smile.
