Shanelle was a great waitress. Always get very good food and very cold beer. Great atmosphere with games visible from any seats. Not overly raucous either. "UPDATE" my family has been regulars for 2 years. Tonight was the worst dining experience of our lives (including the military). Waited over 1.5 hours for our food, with the waitress (Tabitha) acknowledging that it was "up" and under the warming lights for over an hour. It finally came, and the steak and salmon were ice cold, the ribs were poor atrwmpt at Jerky, two members didn't get their food and no one's order was correct. Asked for the manager and caught a bunch of attitude from the waitress and insisted on knowing why I wanted the manager. I shoved my (cold) steak to her and said that every thing was wrong. Water on the table from sweat off the glasses hit her and I (not a lot, just a few drops). The manager came with their "Richmond County Deputy" and told us to leave for splashing rhe waitress. I insisted on paying for what we ordered and just bring to go boxes. It took another 20 minutes for them to get me the ticket and boxes. The whole time, two assistant managers and the deputy were discussing in front of my table how they were going to "toss me" (their words). As if it couldn't get better, when we walked out, we literally had to step over passed out addicts who had urinated and deficated on themselves and dropped their glass pipes on the restaurant's sidewalk. Done here! We have always treated the staff there well, and they know us by name. I'm just dumbfounded by this experience. However, from what I hear, this is the new norm with the current management. Hate it for the good staff that are nice, go out of their way to provide excellent service and are just trying to earn a living.

⭐️⭐️ 2-Star Review for Twin Peaks (Augusta, GA) – More "Peaks" Than Flavor Let’s be real—Twin Peaks seems to prioritize its scantily clad servers over actual good food, and that’s the only reason this place gets any stars at all. My partner and I dropped $80 on a meal, dessert, and drinks, and left feeling like we’d been hustled. The Big Issues: 🍗 Forgettable, Overpriced Food – The menu reads like it should be tasty, but the execution was lifeless. The flavors were so bland we didn’t even finish our meals. At these prices, I expect at least decent bar food—this wasn’t even that. 🍏 Raw Dessert Disaster – The apple turnover was straight-up undercooked—soggy in the middle with a weird, hard shell. I ate half before realizing, "Wait… this isn’t how it’s supposed to be?" The manager did right by taking it off the bill, but that doesn’t fix the fact that it shouldn’t have been served in the first place. ⏳ Slow Service (Even With Empty Tables) – The place wasn’t packed, yet our food took forever. Maybe the kitchen was distracted? The Only Positives: 👙 The "Scenery" – Look, if you’re here for waitresses in tiny outfits, you’ll get what you came for. But if you actually want good food, keep driving. 🛎️ Server Was Sweet – Our waitress was friendly and checked on us, which was nice. But no amount of charm makes up for bad food. Final Verdict: This feels like a sports bar that forgot it’s supposed to serve decent food. You’re paying for the "Twin Peaks experience" (wink, wink), not the quality. If you want actual good wings, burgers, or desserts, go somewhere else. If you just want to stare at women in crop tops while eating mediocre nachos, then hey—this is your spot. Wouldn’t return unless they seriously step up their kitchen game. Save your money.

UPDATED... previous remarks -NOT busy yet sat for over 10 min to get our drink orders, took another 5 to 10 min to get them. Had I not said we are ready to order we would still be waiting. Waited easily over 40 min before food came. Booth and seats dirty and somewhat sticky. Men's bathroom had dirty stalls and tacky doors. As a sports bar had plenty of screens that cycled thru various sports. As a sports bar food was good, wouldn't say great. My burgers had the texture of prepacked. We have eaten here before and was much better. Probably won't come again. UPDATE 10 Oct 24, previously the manager had asked me to come in again to clarify as I live far away I said it may be awhile. Well I showed up today, ordered the same except for drinks so that it would be a far comparison. Tables and bathroom clean and received drinks and food in a timely manner. To be very fair it is hard to keep help in this environment, also it was been about 2 weeks since Hurricane Helena came through. So one would expect a shortage of staff. I can tell you that it devasted houses and streets here, I can't imagine NC. Finally, the manager compped the meal which I said wasn't necessary. I would say now that for a sports bar environment they have definately redeemed themselves and would freely recommend them.

Title: Exceptional Service from an Outstanding Waitress

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Twin Peak , and I must say, the highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the impeccable service provided by our waitress, Mya From the moment we were seated until the end of our meal, she went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.

First and foremost, Mya greeted us with a warm and genuine smile, instantly putting us at ease and setting the tone for a delightful evening. Throughout the meal, she demonstrated a remarkable attention to detail, catering to our every need without being intrusive. Whether it was promptly refilling our drinks, offering insightful recommendations from the menu, or accommodating special dietary requests, she executed her duties with professionalism and grace.

What truly stood out, however, was May’s infectious enthusiasm and passion for her work. It was evident that she took genuine pleasure in serving her customers, and her enthusiasm was contagious. She engaged us in friendly conversation, creating a welcoming and personalized dining atmosphere that made us feel like valued guests rather than mere customers.

Furthermore, Mya exhibited exceptional knowledge about the menu, effortlessly answering our questions and providing detailed descriptions of each dish. Her expertise enhanced our dining experience, allowing us to make informed choices that perfectly suited our tastes.

In addition to her outstanding service, Mya displayed exceptional professionalism and poise, even during busy moments. Despite the restaurant being at full capacity, she remained composed and attentive, ensuring that every guest received the same level of exceptional service.

Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of Mya and the exceptional service she provided during our visit to [Restaurant Name]. Her dedication, enthusiasm, and professionalism are a testament to her commitment to excellence, and she undoubtedly deserves recognition for her outstanding contributions to the dining experience. I wholeheartedly recommend [Restaurant Name] to anyone seeking not only exquisite cuisine but also unparalleled service, thanks to the exceptional...

I had the pleasure to experience Twin Peaks for the second time with my spouse. I was highly disappointed with my experience today. Coming into Twin Peaks my spouse and I waited for our server about 10 min. I had to ask another server to ask my server to come to the table being that we were sitting there for a while. When our server "Cam" came to our table she seemed as if she did not want to serve us. I honestly was going to ask for another server then but I gave her a chance. I am aware that some people may be having a bad day, so being the person I am I asked her was she okay? She stated she was fine. I thought her attitude would change but it didn't. Going on to order my food I asked her for a margarita. She told me to scan the code and see which one I wanted. I feel as a server you should have just stated what kinds y'all have instead of making me go all the way back to the menu. I told her what I wanted and my spouse also ordered his food. We ordered the shrimp tacos, and it also took a while for our food to come out. I am not a person to complain about the time because I know people have to prepare food but when our food came out it was cold. When she brought our food out she sat it on the table and left. She didn't ask if we needed anything, I had to wait until she came back to let her know that I didn't receive my Queso dip. Prior to me asking about the dip I tried to wave her down to let her know I needed her assistance. She was speaking with a Male customer but I know she seen me waving her down because we locked eyes. She went to another customer before coming back to our table and took a while to bring the dip to me. I noticed that with Male customers it was all smiles and laughs but acted as if she had an attitude with us. We also ordered crown and coke and strawberry margarita. Both drinks were terrible. Twin Peaks will not be seeing me for a while and I pray no other server is...
