I originally purchased my mattress in September 2024. Only it was out of stock. I was offered the previous year's to try until mine came in stock. In November 2024, almost December, I had to ret7rn to the store to inquire about my purchase. It was now going to be delivered in December. The mattress came, and even the driver, who delivered said mattress, noticed the mattress was defective. It didn't rise as it should. It was not shaped correctly, and it had a few lumps. We agreed to give it 24-48 hours. No change. I again returned to the store and decided to pay to upgrade to this year's model, and now it will be delivered on the 2nd of January. Due to the storm, delivery was set for the 25th of Jan. 2025. Well 25th came and went, the driver lied and said the delivery was not accepted. Again, he lied, and I verified that he did lie. Called the store and was told that delivery would now be the 13rd of February before the nice man(I think his name is Reginald) in the store called me back and scheduled my delivery for the 1st of February. I have to say Charlotte, my original rep. Was wonderful, the other manager, not so much. If it wasn't for Charlotte and that nice man, I would have requested a refund and gone somewhere else. I hope my delivery comes on Saturday.

It was the fact that he was able to convey that knowledge to me in a clear and concise manner. He took the time to get to know my specific needs. While he may have known early on what would work best for me, he patiently allowed me to weigh my options. So I could make an informed decision and not have buyers remorse. I asked my questions, the ones that were of importance to me and he answered each one with a simple enough answer and showed me at least three choices that fit my needs. The prices were fair enough. All I wanted was a quality mattress at a fair price and one that was decided on by researching for about a week before the actual purchase.
