WSS1 Wings Subs & Salads — Restaurant in Augusta

Right from the beginning, I had a great experience with WSS. I called in to order wings after searching online for the best wings in Augusta and the person I spoke with was so patient and helpful, even going out of her way to get me the best deal for the amount of wings + the side I was looking to purchase. I ordered 20 wings, a large fry, and a sweet tea. GPS took me right to the restaurant, and I was greeted by the husband and wife duo who own and run WSS. The woman was just as kind in person as she was on the phone, even upgrading me to a large sweet tea when I accidentally left without my drink. The cherry on top was the fact that the wings were, without exaggerating, the best wings my boyfriend and I had ever had (and we are massive wing lovers!). We got the honey hot wings, all flats....seriously the most delicious wings we've ever had. I love that we supported a small, private owned business, and it will be an easy choice to continue to support this establishment. 100% 10/10...

Worst customer service the lady at the registered had attitude from entering the business. After waiting 50 mins for 12 wings and small salad after asking the lady about food she begin stating the sign says we not fast food. Talking loud in front of customers. So loud people on my phone could hear her. This what I get coming to urban area to support a small business. Don’t waste your time. If the food good the experience with that lady took the taste away for me. I look forward to the meal until then. If you got hour to wait go for it. By the way no salad dressing for salad., The lady was talking so loud forgot to give me my drink I paid for…update food was good but services never come back. It ain’t worth driving 20 min, waiting 50 min, getting yelled at, not given essential part of my food.. no...

The sign n online says they open at 11...I got there after bout 11:15 and sat till 11:35 cuz I was tired of waiting for them to open up while there was a vehicle in back indicating someone was there...that alone left a bad taste in my mouth but I still gave another chance and went back a different day and ordered wings and fries..half lemon pepper half honey lemon pepper..let me say I will not go back...the chicken was made Chinese style n I asked for my chicken to be fried hard plus the lemon pepper had a garlic taste and I'm not big on garlic...then my fiance asked for the hottest wings and got mango flavored...I will not go...
