Centrally located in the medical district, also near to ASU & Paine College as well as Laney HS & AR Johnson magnet school. Limited indoor & outdoor seating, and a small parking lot in the back. We ordered the special sandwich & grilled beef meatball sandwich. The bread was light & airy on the inside, the outside was crunchy - perfect bread. The special included different cold cut meats as well as the pate spread. The grilled beef were in the form of meatballs with sauce. Both sandwiches were delectable & fulfilling. The summer rolls were on point with tasty fresh shrimps & thick dripping peanut sauce. They have a variety of boba tea. My favorite is the green matcha tea. We tried her Vietnamese egg coffee iced coffee, very strong & sweet. It’s addictive. Vietnamese egg coffee was originated in north Vietnam - Hanoi. We also ordered some mini bao (steamed pork buns) to take home. These mini bites are surprisingly very good. Give it a try. Heat up in microwave for 35-40 seconds. They are good for snacks or breakfast. The owner lady was very pleasant to talk to. If you’re in the area & crave for some Vietnamese sandwiches & boba teas, this is the place.

Its unfortunate I couldn't give 5 stars. Our drinks which were 2 thai boba teas were absolutely delicious and we were able to try a complimentary strawberry jasmine tea which was also delicious and refreshing! But our food on the other hand was a bit old. Our sandwich bread was so hard and stale we couldn't even break it in half to share. We couldn't bite through the bread at all. And the beef inside was tough to where we just thought it was old food and old bread. The chicken in the chicken teriyaki was hard which led me to believe it was old as well. We actually had to throw away the chicken teriyaki and the sandwich. The gyozas were good 👍 we spent about $40 and were quite disappointed with the food. The woman was very kind! And the drinks are amazingly delicious. But taking 2 stars off for the food. We were one of the first customers when they opened up so we were expecting fresh food. But I do recommend you give this place a try. We may try it again in the future. And I certainly recommend the drinks here!

UPDATE: Still delicious food and drinks with wonderful service! When we stopped in today, we also got some yummy complimentary drinks with our tea and food! Now is as good a time as ever to visit Lily. Five stars isn't enough! The taro milk tea I got was worth a five star rating, but the kind and understanding service I got goes way beyond that! Like the space case I am, I forgot my wallet at home and didn't realize until after my tea was already made. I was so embarrassed, but the associate with me was reassuring while I hurried to try and get some payment set up on my phone. Even with how frantic I was, he stayed friendly and all around amazing, waiting on me until I had everything settled. Lily has a few different locations around, and you should absolutely check them out for delicious tea and awesome service!

This boba shop left a lasting impression with its remarkable speed and extensive menu. The service was incredibly fast, ensuring that our boba fix was swiftly and efficiently met. The range of options between fruit teas and milk-based teas was sizable, catering to a diverse palate of preferences.

While the food offered was good, the true standout was the impressive variety and quality of their teas. The flavors were rich, and the boba pearls perfectly complemented the drinks, showcasing the shop's expertise in crafting delicious beverages.

The cozy interior, though small for dining or studying, exuded a welcoming ambiance. It's an ideal spot for a quick grab-and-go boba fix. While there is limited indoor seating, the availability of some outdoor seating adds a pleasant touch for those who prefer enjoying their drinks in the fresh air. It's worth noting that the shop is better known for its teas than as a sit-down establishment, making it a top choice for those seeking a convenient and flavorful boba...
