Gourmet Pizza — Restaurant in Aurora Township

It was our first time ordering here.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong type of pizza for me and my family.

When I realized I'd ordered a "gourmet" pizza - which consists of toppings we didn't want - I was so disappointed, even though it was my mistake.

A younger gentleman named Will stepped right in and said he'd make a new one right sway. He was SO cool about it... told me not to worry - everyone makes mistakes.

A lot of places would not be so kind in that situation, but this guy did. And he was smart because we will now be a customer for life.

On top of that, the pizza was very good - probably in my top 5 for what we've tried in the area (out of literally hundreds of places).

I will never forget Will's kindness, and I believe strongly that we should support small, local businesses with that type of customer service. Give the money to the ones...

I ordered at 5:56pm and around 7pm I decided that it's time to call since no pizza had arrived. They said they called me many times and knocked on my door. Mind you I have cameras all around, I let them know nobody knocked or came to my door. What got me more upset was that he laughed and said well your neighbor was out there and he didn't have dinner plans and ate it. He offered to refund me or get order done ASAP, so I said ok I was hungry. Well it finally arrived and it was horrible, never had issues with their pizza before till now. The first 2 times the pizza was pretty good. Now this was the 3rd time in a row that it sucked. Im about 10 to 15 minutes from this place. So in order for my pizza to have any crispness by the time it gets to me they would have to come directly here. Well the last 3 deliveries were ranging from 10 to 15 minutes past the quoted time. Which tells me the driver is taking more than 1 order at a time and im always the last one delivered. Pizza is limp and soggy by the time it arrives. The edges arent even crisp. Im fed up with paying $25 (tip included) for a med thin crust pizza and throwing out most of it. Ive tried to give multiple chances but no more. Ive made my last...
