Primos Mexican Cuisine — Restaurant in Aurora Township

I ordered a quesadilla and scrambled eggs for my 1 year old and, the egg was black due to using a dirty pan and the quesadilla was all oily. And when we called a waitress the explain the situation she said that the other waitress (who was serving us originally) said we were rude just because we asked for lime? Be aware she also forgot my drink and the lime we asked but we didn’t make a huge fuss or that so we were confused on how we were rude. I ordered a burrito of breaded chicken and it took them at most 15 minutes after ordering that they were out of it so I said ok do you have grilled chicken at least and she said yes. When I received my burrito it was basically a rice and bean burrito with like 10 small pieces of chicken from like a soup bc it was not grilled chicken. And tacos are mini tacos which are $4 each? At least make them the regular size tortillas bc I ain’t spending $12 for 3 mini tacos that can be eaten in 5 mins. There was only one plastic high chair in view and it had no straps so my baby dragged himself down almost choking so please remove that or add the straps and they had one other regular wood highchair hidden in the back like why?? They also said they didn’t have time bc they were busy with online orders. Keep in mind we were the only people and only other table. So they couldn’t be that busy even if it was for online orders. Though it was a good idea to eat here Tuesday afternoon big mistake I made. We were greeted then sat ourselves before we could even sit down our waiter asked us what our drink choices were before even seeing a menu. Then proceeded to leave us waiting for 10 min before coming back to take our order. We waited close to 30 min for even a drink. Then our food came cold. Our waiter never came back to check on the table. She's over at the bar chatting with a gentleman in the bar area. Beside the man at the bar were the only ones here. If could recommend eating good tasting food and expectional service is Jaliscos tacos on Lake St. Nothing but good experience there for my family and I. At check out the prices did not match what was listed on the menu. When I mentioned this to the cashier she informed me the prices have changed. But failed to mention that to us when ordering. When I asked her to honor the menu price she refused to and I had to ask for a manager for her to come back and say he was to busy and I asked her to call him again.then comes out looking annoyed he had to come out and deal with customer. I told him the issue for him to look at the menus. Literally all the menus had different prices. We will never come back to this place ever. The decor was cheap and all over the place. Primos tacos is one of the best Mexican joints in Aurora. They're food is delicious completely recommended. coming in if you want to dine in you can basically sit any where you'd like 👍. the waitress will come to your table shortly to take your order as far as drinks they also bring them promptly. The restaurant is clean, washrooms available for both genders. If your looking to hang out with buddies there is a bar they also offer live music 🎶 👌 they have a stage. they also have a few televisions as well the only remark is don't count on a wifi password and the service after you get your food is a 3 waitress will not bring napkins or utensils as needed if one is lost or dropped on the floor. The waitress are all very kind dough but I had to like stare at one for a while wave my hand lol to get her attention kindly that is for her to bring me boxes for the food. we both laughed it off 😂😏 anyway the food is delicious 😋 so far we've been here 3 times and it has become one of our go to spots. The drinks are huge. we had plenty of left overs.
