Very disappointed in the quality of the food for both the price and rating of this place. Everything we ordered with meat in it was overcooked. The chicken in the flautas were dry beyond belief and the steak in the fajitas were burnt to a crisp...when we told the server, she took the plate away from my mom. When she came back with the check, she didn't bring any food back with her but the check had an $8 discount (steak fajitas are $16). So not only did my mom not get to eat a full meal, we still had to pay for it even though the server took most of it away. It made no sense to us. Salsa for the table was very watery and bland and we ended up adding hot sauce to it 😬 overall, not worth visiting. Will not be back; you're better off eating at Taco Dale The manager was kind and apologetic, which was appreciated, but that doesn't fill a stomach...

Food was very good. I had the cecina estilo Guerrero. The meat was very tender, was served with beans and pico de gallo and lettuce and tortillas. I enjoyed the food. Also tried a bite of the steak burrito and it was also delicious, the meat was chopped up, something you dont see much in mexican restaurants. The restaurant was very clean and the waitresses seemed like they were happy to be there. Parking easy in and out. Now the negatives, they don't have salsas, no red salsa, or green salsa, they have the chips and salsa but that wasn't really enough. The guacamole needs a little more umph in flavor (not just salt). Those two negatives really aren't enough to push me away as everything else was very good and me wanting to try different menu items. I'd say definitely go and try it, you will love the food.

This place has a lot of different dishes based on recipes, and the style of cooking from the State of Guerrero Mexico. The food is very good, they do a good job on the desayuno San Luis, combination Azteca and bistec campestre. The coffee is spiked with cinnamon, which is a traditional Mexican style, you either love it, or hate it, I think is good. The hand made corn tortillas are also very good, fresh, thick and soft. I read a few reviews that mentioned the bad service. I can honestly say that our waiter was phenomenal, too bad I didn't get his name. They also give you unlimited chips and salsa, while waiting for your meal. I almost forgot to mention that they offer several seafood dishes that are very good. Of course they also have tacos, tortas, gorditas and many more wonderful Mexican treats.

We have been here several times and the food and service is always really good. Last night we stopped in and immediately our server was rude. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but any questions we would ask she seemed so annoyed with us. We ordered two of the Tampiquenia’s and they usually come with fresh tortillas. We didn’t get any at first and when we asked her she said they are still heating up which is fine. So after 15 minutes another waiter brought it to us. Only one of them so we asked for the other ones and she was snippy saying you already got some so she came back with only 2 tortillas!!! So we just left it at that. The food was great as always and they had someone singing live which was great. I’ll continue to come back and hopefully we get better service next time.

We have been here a few times. Good quality food but the portions were way to small for me. I have to order twice which turned out to be more than I planned on spending. Update: We waited over an hour just and then got the order wrong. My wifes plate literally was maybe 1.50 worth of food. It had one egg literally, rice w beans. My burrito was literally 70 percent lettuce. All of our food was very bland with no salt or salsa to help save it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. We should have gone to riverview diner, 9nrs grill, or Aurora pancake house. All are way better with much more seasoned potions around the same price. The pic of my burrito may show the one or two spoons of meat on it. For burrittos gotta love jaliscos on lake st or durango.

The food is great! It's reasonably priced for what you order. I recommend a parillada, I shared the seafood/beef one and it was overflowing. Loved the chorizo the most, I think it might be made there bc it wasn't too spicy, not oily and just delicious all around. My mom tried the mixed.seafood soup but the fish was too.fatty. (it's to be expected when you eat catfish) otherwise the broth and shrimp.in it was really tasty. The seafood cocktail was really good too. The restaurant is very clean, they are following recommended capacity so it might be a wait (well worth it).
