Isras Appliance — Local services in Aurora Township

It saddens me to write this but I want others to avoid the poor customer service I experienced. I gave ISRAS every opportunity to avoid this. I told them if they made things right all was good but if not they left me with no option but to inform everyone who checks reviews. What happened? I purchased a used washer and gas dryer and 2 weeks later I found that I did not have a gas connection at my new home (no excuse as I should have checked!). So i contacted ISRAS multiple times - 1st asking that they replace the gas with an electric dryer then asking they take a return on the gas dryer. They would not help at all. No responses!!! Pathetic customer service. I would give ZERO stars if I had the option....

Purchased a refrigerator from this seller. The shelves wouldn't stay on in the freezer. He said there was a 30 day warranty and they they would bring in new brackets. We asked them to call us before they came because this was for a rental unit. They never called so our tenant didn't know and wouldn't let them in. Now the refrigerator part broke within 30 days, only the freezer works. He said he would pick it up and refund us part of our money ($300 of the $450 we paid) and now he is no longer taking our phone calls and never did anything about the refrigerator. Came here based on the reviews. I live in Oswego and I came in and they gave me a GREAT deal on a fridge (mine quit on me and I needed something really fast). They delivered it the same day and installed it as well. They offer a 30 day warranty as well. Definitely recommend. It is in a little of a sketchy part of town but don't let that deter you these people are honest and will give you the best deal. It's family owned and operated so I would rather support them than the big box store where I would have paid a couple...
