I’ve visited Noodles & Company a number of times, and I usually find myself coming back to two favorites: the pesto cavatappi and the macaroni and cheese. Both dishes are consistently satisfying and have their own appeal. The pesto cavatappi has a great balance of flavors, with the creamy pesto sauce clinging to the noodles, paired with just enough seasoning to make it flavorful without being overwhelming. It feels like a hearty, filling dish that I can rely on every time. The macaroni and cheese, on the other hand, is simple comfort food done right. It’s creamy, rich, and has that familiar taste that makes it enjoyable no matter what mood I’m in.
The service is generally smooth and dependable. Orders come out on time, the staff is polite, and the atmosphere is casual enough that it makes for an easy dining option whether I’m grabbing something solo or stopping in with family. There’s nothing overly flashy or extravagant about the experience, but that’s exactly why it works. It’s convenient and reliable, and I know what I’m going to get every time.
The only real drawback for me is the pricing. It feels like each visit gets a bit more expensive, and I definitely notice the creeping increase. That said, I recognize this is less about Noodles & Company itself and more about inflation and the reality of rising costs across the board in the food industry. All in all, it’s still a solid choice for a satisfying,...
Read moreAwful experience at this location. Food was sub-par. Lack of garlic cream sauce I subbed into the dish instead of the marinara, chicken was rubber, and the cheese was almost burnt and very brown. Service /workers are I guess allowed to be their personal cell phone while leaning over the food counter and then proceed to touch and prepare customer's food. For all I know what cell phone also goes into the bathroom with her like most of America.... Ambiance was standard noodles and co restaurant. Nice digital menu board with photos of food that you will not receive as what to get will look much different. Hopefully I don't get sick but lady in the green shirt was on her cell phone multiple times and so was what looked like manager on duty. I caught the "cook" in the back also on her phone so that was when I stopped eating.
I have a photo of the worker bent over the working food counter and on her personal cell phone. Google wouldn’t let me upload it here
I cross posted on Yelp, got a what seems to be a fake response, filled out the link and 26 days later no response. I guess they really don’t...
Read moreThe restaurant is conveniently located right at the entrance of the mall, making it easy to find and access without having to wander through the shopping center. The cleanliness of the space stood out immediately, with a well-maintained dining area that felt welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly, adding to the positive atmosphere, and the restaurant was brightly lit, creating a comfortable environment for dining.
One of the highlights was how everything was made to taste. The food arrived warm and was well-prepared, with flavors that were satisfying. It wasn’t just about the quality of the food, though—the personal touch from the staff made the experience even better. They went out of their way to bring a special treat for our daughter, which really showed their attentiveness and care for their customers.
Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for a casual, family-friendly meal. The combination of good food, excellent service, and a convenient location makes it a great option, especially if you’re already...
