Arby's — Restaurant in Aurora

Went to drive through at lunch which is high volume time. I ordered a beef n cheddar meal. I got to the window and the girl told me a completely different total then what was said at the speaker. I let her know what i ordered. She still took payment and shoved the receipt at me. It was that wrong order & wrong total that I had just paid for. I let her know that I needed a refund. And again, repeated my order. She tried to give me the incorrect drink & I let her know I ordered Dr. Pepper not an iced tea. She replaced my drink and then got the manager. The manager shoved a bag at me and said it was my order and I was trusting of all of that so, I did not take it upon myself to double/ triple check the bag. Then she very rudely said " so what else are you waiting for" I let her know I am waiting for my refund for an order I paid for that was not mine. And she removed the amount from the drawer and very rudley shoved it at me and said "there you go"...

This was ridiculous all to get back to work and STILL HAVE THE WRONG ORDER!! ... it was an extremely annoying and frustrating experience. That manager was not professional and was extremely...

I'd be scared to go back. See photos and receipt shows what I ordered. Curly fries tasted like fish so I'm sure that's why the fish was cooked within any inch of it's life and one filet was their spicy new filet. It was seasoned too heavy. I asked for easy tartar sauce and they gave me like none. The sandwich was flatbread with poor looking lettuce and the deep fried fish filet. The other filet was normal one with same wilty lettuce and filet sans tartar sauce. Worse part was the young kid in the photo was chatting away on his phone while waiting for my food. Adjusting his cap. Stuck phone back in his pocket and then took it out again and stepped away from counter after pushing away mop bucket. Came back to finish putting my order in the bag WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. Disgusting. I should have declined the burger but I was curious how food was going to be prepared. Last time I ate at Arbys was over 10 yrs ago when my daughter got food poisoning and was in hospital for 5 days. I boycotted the other arbys where that happened. Thought oh things have changed ill try again. Wrong. Don't eat here....

So, I normally don't do fast food reviews, but I was really delightfully surprised by this new sandwich! On a whim, when craving a fish sandwich (not currently offered at Arby's - you have to wait for Lent, I suppose), I ordered the steak tips sandwich. Jokingly, I asked the guy at the drive thru windows, "it looks just like the picture, right?". He couldn't confirm, but man, check out the video! It's not far off. Ok, passed the first test. Next, we noticed how good it smelled! Mouth-watering good aroma! Ok, passed test two. First bite... whoa. Ok, now, it was way more tender than expected, and the crunch of the pickles and the fried onion straws were great! The cheese, while I considered ordering it without it, helped to bring the flavors all together. The sauce added moisture, but lacked a hint more horseradish that I expected (some may prefer that fact). The meat itself was more like super tender steak bites, like jerky, but better, with a nice, smoky flavor, that enveloped the whole experience.
