Had to add some more details since my last review

Thanks, everyone, for being the kind of establishment that doesn't roll their eyes when they see a customer come by. You know the type. No matter the weather; even if it's a Dutch freezer outside, they are out there with a tablet to cheerfully take your order. Personally, i don't think there's any way i could work in a Dutch oven all summer long like they do..!
Furthermore, they always greet my dog and are quick to offer a fun treat- which she can't have sadly, but even then still, a standard biscuit-type treat upon hearing that. Frivolous detail, perhaps... But it makes the visit that much better, I guess.
To recap: Smiling, awesome employees that are seemingly stoked to help you with your order, fantastic black coffee - and hot chai tea latte!
Finally, it's important that all patrons know about one particular menu item: The only way I can think to describe their 'muffin tops' is that〔I don't use this word, ever, but〕they are TURNT.
I can't recommend eating one while driving in traffic, I was in such bliss that I almost curbed a wheel driving thru the intersection.
I'll say it again, and I might not even be using that colloquialism properly, but it just 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘴 right: Their cranberry orange muffin tops are TURNT
Don't deprive yourself of the sensory nirvana that is enjoying one of their muffin tops.
I damn near needed a cigarette after I finished eating it
(I don't even smoke)

Read moreAfter passing by several times and always being intimidated by the drive through lines, I finally figured I’d give Dutch Bros a try. Probably not the place I’d visit if I’m in a big rush, as waiting in the drive through will take a few minutes; but, it moves pretty fast and they manage the traffic flow well- and the wait is well worth it. The team taking the orders outside are super nice and friendly, and really know the products well. Being my first visit, I know the names of the drinks at the giant coffee chain with the mermaid logo; but had no idea how to order a similar drink - the young lady who took the order helped me out and said it was no problem; they could make similar drinks (something I was grateful for because I’ve been to other coffee places where they just don’t help out, they just tell me they can’t make whatever drink without providing options, or just give me that “just order something already” look - so thank you for not being like that!!). The staff inside was super nice as well - they were actually out of an ingredient; but, someone ran out and asked if they could substitute one of the drinks with something else, and also gave me a few options. I loved my drink, and so did my dad - which means their coffee is really good because he’s way pickier than I am with coffee. Dutch Bros does not seem to have very many pastry options; but they have these things called muffin tops (I think), that are actually really good. ...but guess that if you want pastries there is a really good bakery right next door; so just buy your coffee at Dutch Bros and then pay the bakery a visit (their coffee is good also; they just don’t have as many options as...
Read moreUpdated post: We aren't part of the Dutch Bros bandwagon. We've had coffees from Dutch in Oregon and California and were so excited when locations opened up in Co Springs. We would make the drive there in lazy days for a coffee or tea. When we saw that one was opening down the street, we were ecstatic so it breaks my heart to have to update my original review.
I want to love this place...I really do however I'm over the long waits and receiving incorrect orders. Today, my daughters and I visited. We waited close to 15 minutes until we were able to place our order. Only one person was out taking orders. After we placed our order, it took another 10 minutes until we received our order which was wrong. We ordered four large drinks and received three large and one medium. While we waited for the correct drink, I counted seven employees inside, with two actually working meanwhile, the line wrapped around to Kneaders and yup, only one person was taking orders. This place could use new management...people who know how to effectively run a busy Dutch Bros. Bring in people from the busy locations and have them train the employees, shift managers, managers and owner. Until then, we will make the drive to Parker or even Lakewood.
Original post: Can we absolutely friggin love this place?!?!? If I could go here every day, I would. We love the people, the coffees, the teas and lemonades....
