Rexel — Local services in Centennial

THESE GUYS ROCK! Our home experienced a power outage late on a Friday afternoon. After contacting all of the obvious big box stores looking for a certain type of main panel fuse, I was redirected to Rexel. At 4:21 on a Friday, mere minutes before they closed, I spoke with Brett. He looked up the part and advised it was no longer manufactured and they had none in-stock at their location but could have it available for us on Monday. Upon learning we had no power on a hot July weekend, he escalated our situation to his manager James. James, by this time well past closing time, coordinated with their distribution center north of town an after-hours emergency pick up for us. Within the hour we had a new fuse in hand and was able to have an electrician restore power soon thereafter. We are SO GRATEFUL for their helpfulness and excellent customer service. Thank you...

Our company employees have been using Rexel for nearly 20 years! The Company was GE then Gexpro and now Rexel. Rexel has multiple locations across the world and we use Rexel South. The team at Rexel South is amazing! Everyone is very knowledgeable and very prompt. James, Bo, Guy, Dave and many others help make this branch of Rexel outstanding! Not a review of the company itself. Just this driver at 1040am on 9/22 merging from 25 to 225. Driver almost sandwiched me against the barrier despite me having right away in the merge.
