Colorado Rockies Dugout Store — Local services in Aurora

I’m torn- I’ve been to this store twice and the first time i visited I had no issues. The clerk helped me find my hat size, I paid, and I was on my way. Today, the second time I visited the store, I planned on purchasing a jersey, but the store was closed. I stood outside of the shop front for 15 minutes hoping someone would open the doors or answer the phone.
