In short, the food quality and quantity were very poor, and the staff's response to my concerns were essentially to blame the DoorDasher. If you want to know more, read on...The Philly Cheese Steak had no peppers and onions, (the owner/manager said I didn't order them, but there isn't a place to order them...plus the last time I got this same sandwich they were included and nothing has changed on the online menu) there was not enough meat to even fill half of the bun (honestly, it looked like dog food)...and when I complained they tried to blame it on the DoorDasher tampering with the food. (And honestly this just seemed like a cop out on a poor quality order.) I returned the food, did not ask for a refund or remake (my issue was about the quality of the food, not the money, but I think the message was lost on the manager)...just wanted to get rid of the food and go get some decent lunch. Oddly, the first time I ordered the exact same dish, it was delicious and just the opposite of what I was delivered today. Both people I spoke to today showed zero interest in making the order right. Not sure if the ownership or management has changed in the last month or so, but something is definitely different. So sad, the first order was amazing. My husband and I have eaten here twice now since June. If I was rating it solely off of the first time we came I probably would have given it a two or a three. However now that we have tried the food a second time, it's a definite one star for us. The service was fine and the server was friendly but the food both times was just not good. We've had pizza, appetizers, and spaghetti with meat sauce. All of it very bland and the quality subpar. Today we got a simple pan crust pepperoni pizza. The crust was closer to a thin crust and somehow very chewy. There was almost no sauce on the pizza and the cheese was bland and gluey. The pepperoni was fine, but it was just your run of the mill pepperoni. There seem to be a lot of good reviews for the food, so maybe you should just take a chance and try it for yourself if you've never been. I'm just sharing my experience and opinion and unfortunately after two tries we will not...

My husband and I went tonight. He ordered the BLT 12” toasted sub and I ordered the Friday special (fried shrimp). Soft drinks were almost $3 which is too pricey! The overall pricing of everything was just a little too pricey for the quality of food.

My husband’s BLT had what seemed to be half a head of lettuce but aside from that, he said it was pretty good. My fried shrimp meal was okay at best. The fries were better than the shrimp itself; my husband tried a few shrimp pieces and didn’t enjoy it either. We ended up leaving without to-go boxes because it wasn’t worth taking.

Service was alright, the waitress who served us was nice but we had to ask for refills on our drinks a couple times.

Also, if you want to use the bathroom, you have to go into the back of the kitchen just to use the bathroom. It felt a little odd being in the back...
