Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Aurora

I normally love Jack in the Box, and at other locations have always had great food and service, but this location is the worst. I waited for about 5 minutes until someone acknowledged me (several people obviously saw me but didn't care or alert anyone else, because the register wasn't their job) and then spent several minutes trying to make sure my order was right; NO mayo on my burger specifically. I also tried to order the Pumpkin Spice shake advertised in their window, but at first the girl told me they didn't have it anymore. I asked "are you out of it or actually not selling it anymore?" At first she said they weren't selling it, and almost started to argue with me about it because I mentioned the sign in the window, then she started to ring me up, but then went to look in a drawer and magically there was the pumpkin spice ingredient. Wow. How did she not know this was there? Or did she just not want to sell it to me? Regardless, she finally, begrudgingly, edited my order and charged me for the shake. She made the shake, handed it to me and walked away. I waited a few minutes for my food, which she handed me also, but I had to remind her about my drink cup. Then, the fountain machine was out of several flavors of soda. Finally I get to my seat, open up my burger, and there's MAYO on it. I really don't think it's that hard. I am so disappointed in the service here that I will never be coming back, and do not recommend...

On November 2nd at around 2:10 PM I decided to stop in and grab some food before I go to work I did have a complicated order but I ordered the same thing every time I went in I made sure the person I ordered from understood what I was asking for he repeated what I ordered once I got to the window they asked me to pull to the front and park Did so I waited for about 10 minutes they finally came out and brought my food I didn't want to be late to work so I went on my way as I was driving I checked my food both of my sandwiches were wrong On top of this I had to pay extra for substituting the sausage for hamburger both of my sandwiches had cheese on them and I am lactose intolerant so I thought maybe I could take the cheese off as I bit into the sandwich the egg started running in my mouth so I proceeded to call Jack in the Box to correct the situation they told me on the phone if I was to come back in I would be able to get a refund I also left my number for a manager to call me I came in that next day and was greeted by really extremely rude people who told me if I wanted a refund I should have came back that day also they were not giving me money bats and I needed to come back at 10 o'clock p.m. when the manager was in while I was there another person that received a wrong order in one of his money back as well please do not eat here they are very rude...

I literally just left the jack in the box.it took me 35 minutes to get my food because the first girl dropped my food outside the window while handing it to my boyfriend.then it took them forever to even bring me my food out which they never did so I went in and got my food and they were still cooking one of my burgers. When I went through my bag they had given me to medium regular fries when I ordered a number three with a medium curly fry with a medium Fanta lime and I ordered a number 11 large with a regular dr. Pepper with no ice two tacos and two 5-minute churros.... But he argues with me and has me hand them to him, Noel the manager, and then throws them away then after several other disappointing events happened like he giving me two large curly fries even though I told him I wanted a large regular fry and a medium curly fry he then calls me unbelievable because now at this point I'm furious and banging my hands on the counter cuz I can't believe he made me throw away the two medium regular fries and I have to wait for a third time for them to fry more fries instead of letting me have the two mediums and throwing them away in the trash can in front of my face when I asked them not to please waste food. so then I asked for the GM's phone number and he gives me a non-working phone number....so if the GM of this Jack in the box reads this...
