This was the worst experience I have ever had at this establishment and the worst experience I have had in a fast food establishment in about 10 years. It's 9:45 p.m. I want to order the chicken and waffles and I am told that they are out of waffles. And then change my mind in order the Nashville hot. I am told they have no more fillets. I asked the woman that's taking my order through the drive-through a question and she immediately flips out with a nasty attitude and cuts me off during my questioning. She tells me that they stop cooking food at 7 pm. At this point my mind is blown. They let food sit for over 2 hours and serve that to customers? That's pretty nasty not to mention its quality deficient. I'm trying to decide what I want to eat and I'm told that all they have left is original chicken. Because of the woman's nasty Behavior and disposition I asked her for her name. She replies to me she doesn't have to tell me anything. I asked a question about the side orders and the woman then goes off on me walks away I believe in another lady comes to the mic to complete my order. While I'm talking to the new woman on the mic I can hear the rude woman in the background using profanity talking about her experience she had with me on the mic. When I get up to the window I asked if the restaurant is franchised owned or corporate. I'm told that it's an individual owner. I asked for the information of that person and I'm told they cannot give that information up. I asked what do I like to do if I what to file a complaint. I was told that I need to look up that information online. It would not only be a cold day in hell but it would be a rainy day on the sun before I ever return back to this poor excuse of a restaurant. It's a sign that Popeyes is the place to me to be if I want fried Chicken. Or I can just walk across the parking lot and get fried chicken from King...
Read moreI went there last Friday and ordered the 20 dollar fill up for around 22 dollars, the man who put the food in the buckets knew that the product was bad when we arrived home and noticed it was old and over cooked and dry I immediately took a picture of the chicken and called the store , I asked to speak to the store manager but ended up speaking to a woman who identified her self as Nutella , she apologized and told me she would send me a wild card to replace the meal and this would arrive in 2 days , it has been a week and have still not received it in the mail. I emailed the company on their review on my receipt and noticed several days later that the were plastic particles submerged in the mash potatoes, it is my opinion that the employees are tampering with the food .
