Rocky Ridge Park — Attraction in Aurora

Nice big park, accessibility to picnic tables and play area are all the way in the back, hard to get to due to distance. Big play area, kids enjoy it. There are swings, dinosaur bones to climb, a large raised play area with ramps stairs, slides and tunnels. There is a climbing wall and basketball court. A few picnic tables with grills spread out along the path and play area, some offer shade. There are portable restrooms, don't know if they are handicap accessible. Somewhat of a busy park, the times I have been here there were dogs, typically unleashed which makes me nervous because there are so many kids running around. The park has pretty landscaping and trees, people take photos here. The bus stop and rental bicycles are at the corner of the park. Parking along...

I took my kids to the playground area which wasnt great. The rock climbing wall was pretty beat up. A lot of the pegs were broken. Theres a climb on dinosaur for the smaller kids which is completely broken. And one of the two swings was broken. The bathroom was pretty nasty. No tp In there and some graffiti around. Lots of open space but small playground area and it's so far away from the road. I didnt feel safe leaving my car so far away where I couldnt see it at all. Theres no parking lot at this park. Theres only one side street for parking. The table wasnt the best eitehr. We brought pizza to eat while there and we sat the the table. The seats were loose and it wasnt the best park. I'll go somewhere...

Went to This Park, and I gotta Tell Ya, it was a Very Nice Park, plus had a lot of Picnic Tables around the Park. The Grass!?? Omgosh! So, so Soft and Lush. Great for Playing Sports, and Games. They have BBQ Grills, nice BIG Playground. Flowers.We had Dinner their, due to some had to Work, but we'll Worth the wait, because It was nice and Cool. Good Food, Good Drinks, Good Company, and Such a Good Time We All had. I would Recommend this Park. Yes. It has a Bathroom ☺️ Park is Big enough for BIG Parties and Definitely Family Function, like Ours was. We had 10 people in Our Party. And still had Plenty of Room, to Roam.
